Service is usually good and they are quick and friendly. Their biggest problem is that their location makes them the busiest store in the area. So getting into and out of the parking lot can be difficult and parking spaces near the doors are rarely available. They do a booming business at rush hours and on holidays. As a result, sometimes the lines can be long at the registers and they tend to be the first wawa in the area to run out of seasonal items and limited offers. But they are always nice and frequently an oasis in difficult moments. We went there the morning after the Derecho hit Maryland and although they were packed with people like us who had been without power all night and were feeling a little lost an hungry and unsure, they managed to keep the lines moving and keep serving the waves of hot, hungry, anxious people efficiently and with a smile.

Staff is very nice. Foods they make are great! Store is always clean, pretty much. Bathrooms could be a lot cleaner I think but this is a very very buy store, and although staffed well for making sales and food, the bathrooms and stocking cases could use a full time person during the day and evening hours till say 11 pm! Yes it is that busy. Outside around building there are rats and mice!!! Not sure why the outside is pretty clean and swept up. I have mentioned to staff several times and they acknowledge this is an issue however their bosses seem to not address it. Would rate 5 if better stocked, bathrooms cleaner, and something done about little critters taken care of out front.

This is the first time Ive had a less-than-positive experience in any Wawa. The toilet in the mens stall was clogged, plus it was extremely crowded and yet there appeared to be only one cashier on duty at the time. I only stopped there to use the restroom anyway. The second star is only due to the presence of their Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, which Im a huge fan of. However, I am completely willing to stop here again if Im back down in this area to give this Wawa a second chance and possibly give it a better rating.

During this particular visit BOTH the main cashier AND food service people had rude attitudes! I smiled, said thank you, and neither said anything back or give a smile, wave, nothing. At least try to "fake the funk" if you are going to be a front-facing customer service employee. Im sorry that you are having a rough day, but i am trying to help lighten it by being a gracious customer. Too bad i LOVE your quesadillas. The people today sucked.

The worker by the name of Josh is very rude and don;t put the customers first. I went into the store to buy a soda and he told me to wait until he finish doing the floor since the store was not busy. I told him that the customer come first and he said i no But i said i will file a complaint and he gave me the thumbs up. But he said he is a store manager.

Like the food. Ok but today the cashier Alexis was rude. She didnt say hello while ringing my husband and I up and didnt say have a good day or thank you. Other that everything was fine.

Had breakfast and it was freshly made. The General Manager is actively engaged and produces and assists his team in getting breakfast done. Would recommend for a quick grab and go.

Love this place but I wish those who dont need diesel fuel would stop blocking the pumps. 5 stars if they get dedicated pumps for diesel as opposed to joined pumps.
