If I could give them no stars, I would. It was my birthday weekend and I wanted to go out for drinks with my friends. Despite on of my friends rebuttal, we chose to go here. We got there at 11:15pm, and stood there for about 10min before being acknowledged. Their website says they close at 1am; as soon as we got in there, they told us they closed at 12am and their kitchen was closing. The manager decided to take our order anyway. I ordered a large appetizer for everyone, and some food for me. A few of my friends were arriving and were almost not allowed to come in because they locked the door. The manager let them in anyway. Everything was going well until the security guard came over and told us we had to leave while we were in mid bite because it was 12am and they were closed. I told the security guard that we just got our food, and we were waiting for something to come out because they messed up one of our itema. The security guard said, "I dont care, were closed. You gotta go. Get your boxes and go." I got upset and told him that the manager told us we could eat, at which point he interrupted me and said, "I dont care what the manager told you, you need to leave." My friends all got up and walked out because they said the security guard was Baltimore police, and they are "trigger happy." I didnt care, I wanted my food, and I was waiting to get it. When the manager came out, I told him that he wasnt getting a tip because of the bad attitude from security, and that it was unprofessional to kick us out while we were in the middle of eating our food. The manager states that we knew they were closing at 12am and could have gone elsewhere. I responded to him and said that if he knew that, he shouldnt have served us. I will NOT be visiting this location again, and hope they shut this place down. I see why nobody in my party wanted to come here.

I went out with a friend on 4/26 the service was horrible, I did not even order food and it took 34 minutes exact for my waitress to bring me a drink. Keep in mind it was a Wednesday night. Barely any guest in the restaurant and it takes that long for a drink? By this time I dont even want to eat! Once the drink finally arrives I quickly drink it and request the check because now I am ready to go! It took another 20 mins for me to get the check. Finally get the check pay and leave I still left the WINCH a tip. I leave the place and go to the ATM to check my balance I quickly rush back to the store because they over charged me by $26! spoke with manager who ensured me that only one of the charges would actually go thru just allow two days. Ive been calling the store sometimes Im unable to reach a manager and Im just placed on hold until i decide to hang up and the times when I actually speak with the manager obviously nothing is resolved. I spoke with DAVID (who is the same guy who told me the extra charge would never process) who never returned my calls. I also spoke with Shavoz who LIED and said he returned my call and got the voicemail (which is a lie also because my phone is ALWAYS powered on) and then he didnt even leave a message which gives me more reason to believe he never called. Here I am 3 weeks later and I still have not received my money back on my card so clearly FRIDAYS IN MONDAWMIN THINKS IT IS OKAY TO STEAL MONEY FROM THE GUEST WHO TIP THEM VERY WELL! Ive spoke with the corporate office who will "ensure me" once again that it will be resolved so we shall see.

This was the absolute worst restaurant experience I have EVER had!!!!!...The Host/Hostess are clueless morons!!..I arrived to the restaurant at 8:30 pm last night the host said it would be a 10min wait...After an hour wait I still wasnt seated(thats because the Host skipped my name twice I might add but seated other guests who were coming in the door immediately)So after I was finally seated it took 10mins for a waiter to come take my order (most of them were just walking around and talking to their friends who were at the restaurant one waiter was on his cellphone on the floor...How professional is that?)so after I finally had my order taken I was only given one appetizer and had to wait almost TWO HOURS for a second appetizer to come (I ordered the boneless wings,pot stickers and potato skins) they brought me my pot stickers took 2hours to bring my potato skins and more pot stickers but I never got my boneless wings!!!.In addition the music in the establishment was way too loud (A live DJ was there) I will NEVER visit that horrible location again...The host and managers are rude the only one I was satisfied with was my waiter...If I could give negative stars I would...That location needs to be shut down!!... Totally disgusted!

This is not the place to go if youre really hungry I came on A Tuesday night with my 4 yr old daughter, the host at the front informed me that they were understaffed as far as servers and it would be a 20 minute wait... Ok Im not an impatient person. Then after waiting 30 minutes for my food to come I over hear 3 other tables talking about how they waited over an hour for their meal and still havent received it. The management refused to come speak with them and simply told the server to relay the message that he was busy talking to other tables about the same issue. Oh but it gets better after leaving without our food she then charges us for the soft drinks we purchased. Not that $2 soft drinks would have made me whole but sheesh a terrible experience the least you could so is let the soft drinks be complementary, for the trouble. I feel bad for the ppl that work there as they probably wont get tipped and have to hear all the complaining bc management is hiding in the back. They need to shut down and go under new management and try again. Will neeeeeevvvvvvvvver go back. I wouldnt order a cup of water from this place

The service was terrible. It was slow and mediocre. Our food was super late and the general manager treated us like garbage. He assumed we were trying to eat for free... We spent over a $150.00 treating our children and outvof town guests out to dinner... the waiter and the night manager grew impatient with us after we had issues with not only their service but the quality of our food. We sent our first steak dinner back because it was over done.. 20 minutes later our second steak dinner came and it had a hair in it. One of my sons waited almost an hour for his food. After we complained about the wait the manager told us we need to pay for the food we ate and he would not credit us for the extremely late plate... He also informed us that we can not keep sending food back, even though he could clearly see our comppaints were valid... The service sucked.. Ive tried to give this location a chance... ...but this is the last straw.... I am done with this level of unprofessionalism. Just because you put this buisness in the middle of the hood you cannot assume everyone is ghetto and trying to get over.
