I have been here many times and will continue to come! The staff are very friendly! The reason for only 3 stars is, while a friendly place and inexpensive, it is still a casual place and so the inconviences of casual are prevelant. Seating is an issue as it it is seat yourself; this brings problems of small groups taking up large sections. This being a smaller facility, that sort of seating causes problems. The beer is decent, though they serve the beer in two smaller glasses; it is a sort of trademark of theirs, but as a patron, Im not really sure I get it. Is it suppose to encourge more drinking or less? I always feel like I drank more than I actually did, not sure how that is good for business, but it helps me save money. The pizza is delicious! For that alone, you should come, but try during off peak hours because of the seating issue.

This is the only bar in Federal Hill that I attend regularly, even by myself. Great atmosphere, great prices. The waitresses/management are all wonderful, always up for a conversation and rarely a shot! Served by the pair, or to go in a 32-64oz growler, Pub Dog brews its own beer locally in Westminster MD. Brewery tours are available, in addition to holiday events for New Years, St Patricks day etc. Their food selection may seem limited, but with 3-4 appetizers, salads, and roughly 20 different thin crust personal pizzas, theres something for everyone here.

By far best pizza and best service! I am going to this place this coming September for 10 years! The quality of food and their service always amazes me! I have eaten many pizzas here and ordered out! Im alway greeted in such a friendly manor that I can say, no wonder they have me as regular customer. If you are in the mood for good pizza and awesome service try Pub Dog! I love their Spinach pizza and chicken pesto! But all of their pizzas are awesome! If you like me a self proclaimed foodie! This place is a must to check out in Fed Hill!

This place has everything you want in a bar! Great value and awesome staff. Came into town on a Friday night and sat at the bar for a late dinner/drinks. (best way to experience a city is at the bar in my opinion) The staff was very helpful and genuinely interested in conversation with us, made for a very homey vibe. Beers were excellent and a good value at 2 beers for $4.50.They are all smooth beer selections and supposedly brewed according to the owners specifications. (Imbibed the Brown Dog, Hoppy Dog, White Dog)

Good beer, great pizza. Beers are sold in pairs of half-pints, and you have to get the same beer in each. They carry a wide range of their own beer, and theyll mix any beers you want mixed. I recommend the Thai Chicken Pizza. They have a shuffleboard table on the third floor, but its in awful condition and not worth playing. The food and beer more than make up for it.

Great variety of pizza and beer options, unique to Baltimore. At non-peak times like weeknights its great for a sit-down dinner with friends. When its busy, it does get crowded and loud, but the bar atmosphere is still friendly; thin crust pizzas also dont take long to cook if you want to get some to go instead. Its only a quick walk from many parts of Federal Hill.

It is exactly what you think it should be. Well priced house draft beer. It isnt going to be the best beer youve ever tasted, but its going to be very reasonably priced. 2 small (12 oz?) mugs for $4.50 (non happy hour price). The pizzas are also very, very tasty and they have a great number of different ones to choose from. I always enjoy going to this lcoation!

Their beers are okay. You can probably find something you like but if youre a beer snob youre not going to be dying to come back. None of their beers standout as noteworthy and I think they could do a lot better. The pizzas are good and a large number of options are offered. Some of the pizzas are, IMO, better than others but all of them are at least good.

Great microbrew, delicious and nicely sized pizza (I can eat one on my own consistently, and Im by no means a big eater). Bear in mind that they do have an OK hard liquor selection, and an even smaller selection of wine. Beer and Grand Marnier are their staples. Staff is friendly and will help you pick a beer thats right for you.

Gotta be one of the best bars in Baltimore. I like it because the bartenders greet me every time I walk in and thank me for coming when Im walking out the door. Big hellos and goodbyes is essential in getting repeat customers. And I plan on going back to that bar the next time Im downtOwn.

Great Staff, Amazing Atmosphere. I put together a treasure hunt for a friend, that just moved into the area, and they happily volunteered to help out. They definitely made the experience for my friend and I thank them for that. Plus they have great food. "Best place by far in the area."

Excellent pizza. I was pleasantly surprised at just how good it was. Prices are reasonable and our service was great as well. Its away from the Inner Harbor so fewer tourists, but its right off the circulator, so its convenient. Ill be going here again.

The pizza is great here. Weve both eaten in and ordered takeout when we lived down in Fed Hill. Their in-house beers are also very good. They have all kinds of styles and serve them in two 8 oz glasses which is great to share or try multiple styles.

Good pizza but the beers are average. Also, their two for one deal on drafts is just false advertising because you get two 8oz pours and they have to be the same beer. Its usually not too crowded and the staff is friendly.

A great place to grab a drink. Their selection of locally brewed beers is great, and they cook up a mean pizza. Bartenders are always very friendly, and will typically offer a free shot of Grand Mariner.

Honestly my favourite place in Baltimore. The best pizza, and beer. I recommend the Original Wing Dog Pizza, and the Blonde Dog. The staff are really friendly, and theres a really chilled atmosphere.

Pizza is about the suace and the crust, and the dog nails it. Followed by the Blond Dog brewed here. Never change your suace. Bartenders were fun and ready. Will be back when in Baltimore. Thanks

Visited here twice now, and each time has been great. Delicious beers served in pairs. Havent eaten yet, so I cant speak for the food, but the drinks are tastey and the staff is super friendly.

Instead of waiting forever to get out of the parking lot after a game; we walked over the bridge from Camden Yards and went to Pub Dog. Great atmosphere and pizza...will be going back soon!

If youre looking for that place where you can grab a beer or two at a time without looking like a drunk, youve found the place. Great beer, delicious food, and even better people.

Great pizza and home brews. It may seem small when you first walk in but there are several levels and its always self seating. It has a chill ambiance and good place to hang out.
