Danielle the bartender is extremely rude. We waited over 20 minutes till she came to take our order. Kept going up to the bar and asking her where to order. When I finally got up the 2nd or 3rd time she told me "go back to your seat". She said she didnt see us when she was serving the table right next to us. I told her I wanted my pizza well done, it wasnt, my friend didnt ask for it to be well done, and it was. I really liked this place before. The first couple times we came the pizza maker, Bill, personally came to me n my friend to introduce himself and we told him how much we loved his pizza, now I rather not go because of this one bad experience. Danielle gave us a 15$ off coupon for next visit, but I dont want to go back here. I really wished danielle hadnt treated us the way she did. It was a really bad night. 9 months ago I wrote this review below and gave this place a 5 star review. (9 months ago) The guy who makes pizza here is amazing. Ordered two pizzas here last night, and I swear I havent had any pizza like this before. I definitely recommend this if you like thin crust pizza. Our bartender was also very nice, she made great drinks. VERY IMPRESSED!!!

I ordered a pizza and breadsticks on their website. I received a confirmation email saying the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there about 25 minutes later. Im told by the bartender that it would be about 10 more minutes. I waited almost 20 more minutes, and then Im told "2 more minutes." About 5 minutes later I get my pizza and "breadsticks"(disgusting dough scraps with garlic butter dumped on them). Never once did I get an apology or explanation. There were only 7 people in the restaurant and nobody else waiting for food. So then Im told I cant pay the bartender, I have to go upstairs to the hotel and pay. So I go to the hotel and the lady at the front desk is completely confused as to why I was told to pay her. Then she asks if it was an UberEats order and I said "no, I ordered off your website." Then she stares at a screen for about 3 minutes because she doesnt know what to do. I just gave her cash and told her to keep the change. It was worth it to finally get out of a place I will never return to. Seriously, was I the first person to ever order a pizza online from this place?

The best Best Westen I have ever been. Made our family trip unforgettable. But most of all the bartenders were the best! Angela, Jeanette, and Brooke worked together super quick and effciant. Our last night there Angela was behind to the bar. She must be one of most upbeat people weve ever encoutered. She made us some crazy drinks that were all yummy. She also suggested the cheese curds and frickles aka fried pickles.... They were to die for. Highly recommend.

Food was meh. Clearly frozen pizza dough cheap cheese but flavor was fine. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. Bartender kept complaining about how busy she was but there were 3 people at the bar and like 3 tables...

I order from UberEATS and they burnt my food it was really brunt they asked me how do ik it was burnt them they told me my Uber driver probably did it and was laughing the whole time very unprofessional
