After not having been here since last year, I was disappointed at the less than enthusiastic greeting but delighted to see new items on the menu. Selecting the new Asian Chopped Salad and Spring Roll to go, I expected to not have to wait 23 minutes to get my food to go. The Spring Roll wasnt even dropped to cook until at least 5 minutes after the remake of my salad since the first one apparently had been done incorrectly for a to go order, plus the young lady handling bagging orders had spilled sone of it on her chest and the counter, shook it back in the container and proceeded to ask for the missing fried noodles. Only after I asked her if that was my salad and finally getting confirmation that it was, then telling her it needed to be remade since I saw what had happened, did she agree to do so. If I hadnt already paid after that transpired since the wait was extended due to the Spring Rolls not being done, I would have left. It may be next year before I return though the food was flavorful as usual. Ive never gotten bad food from this location but todays service was less than remarkable.

One of the worst place on earth!!!, My family and I went to celebrate my birthday and as we enter the store everyone started staring at us because we are Muslim. We were also fasting so we ordered our food and waited. While waiting, I see that the employees are watching us, talking and saying we are terrorist. One of my family member was carrying the cake box. The employees thought we had a bomb inside the box and they started video recording us and said they were about to call the police. As we open the box they saw its a birthday cake. One of their employee said something to the rest of the other employee and they just brushed it off and ignored the fact that they were very rude, discriminating and ignorant!! I wish they would have call the police, so that I can show the media what type of restaurant this is. These people did not open restaurant to sell food, they open it to video tape people who they think looks different; therefore, they are known to be terrorist.

It is near our house and we use it for takeout fairly regularly. I have eaten in the restaurant once or twice. It is simple fairly plain decor and fairly noisy. The service is OK but not great. The food though is good and not that expensive. They have basic meals and then you can choose what type of meat you want with it and whether you want white or brown rice. They also have noodle dishes like Pad Thai which is pretty good for a chain restaurant. Of the different entrees, I have tried and liked the Sesame, Caramel, Honey Seared (one of my daughters favorites), Orange Peel and Kung Pao. They have recently added a second size, so you can get the original size or a smaller portion. For takeout it is consistently good and reasonably priced. I wish they would add fried/steamed dumplings.

My boyfriend and I walked in not sure what to expect because we never have been to a Pei Wei. Too bad we did not even get to order or even taste the food, because we left after we were not even acknowledged after we walked in. Waiting would have been fine, but no one told us "just a moment," or even bothered eye contact. My boyfriend approached who seemed to be the cashier, but she cut him off with "hold on." I was very off-putting, enough for me to write a review, so be prepared for a lack in the service. Maybe I will give it another try, because I heard the food is good, but I like to assume customers existence is noted before giving this place my money.

The food is excellent. Very moderate, Panera-style prices. However, dont plan on making this a get to know you / first date type of place. Its so loud you cant hear anything. The kitchen is open and the chefs are constantly banging pots and pans. The restaurant was constructed with many hard surfaces designed to reflect sound and encourage patrons to eat quickly and leave to allow more customers to come in to make more profit for the business. Its also really cold, bring a jacket and pants especially in the summer.

Its been a while since I have been here because the food was just so bland. Pei Wei use to be a staple in my weekly diet but the food started to come out dry and lacked the taste that I had grown to love. Fast forward a few years and a coworker convinces me to come here from work. To my surprise the menu has been revamped and the food was great. To tie a bow on the whole thing, the service was amazing. Pei Wei just may creep back into the rotation.

The service was great, the stars are for the service. The woman was being trained and messed my order up and the manager gave me some sushi gratis for the blunder. Now the sushi.... Was bad. It tasted worst than grocery store sushi. The rice was all hard like it was sitting in a fridge -not freshly hand rolled like the menu says. If you are going for sushi, I suggest go in the morning when its fresh.

The foods pretty good and its not too expensive. Better than most Chinese take out places. But the service at this location seems very slow. Youre going to wait at least 15 mins, possibly more for your food. Do yourself a favor and order ahead of time. I mean it kind of defeats the purpose of Pei Wei being a quicker version of PF Changs if its going to take just as long to get your food.

The portions are small (aside from the large portion of rice). The sushi (mango california roll and spicy tuna) were not very flavorful. I was sadly disappointed. Also, when viewing the menu, it might appear the sushi roll prices are cheaper but it is actually that their portions are 4 or 8 pieces versus the more common 6 pieces per order.

Went there Friday night. Apparently 2 employees were kissing each other in the dining room. I mean its inappropriate to kiss when there are customers around. I always felt pei wei as a family restaurant. I am not going there with my kids anymore.

Was a significantly long wait (20 minutes or so) for my groups food, considering there were only two orders ahead of us and no more than 10 people in the whole restaurant at the time. Still, when it came, it was great.

Ordered food at 6:30pm, by 7:15pm still didnt have any food. Will not be going back. Confused as to what even was the issue. Multiple tables didnt have any good or had only half of their orders.
