Fresh, soft sushi...but thats just the start. What I really want to write about is the experience we had. We had called in a take-out order, but when we got home, we discovered that the hot items (miso soup and steamed rice) were missing. Losing the miso soup was not so bad, but the steamed rice was to have been my toddlers dinner (he loves sushi rice), and he was very disappointed (and hungry!). And so I had to cook some rice for him. I called the restaurant, and I am afraid that my own displeasure at the situation put me at little better than my toddlers behavior. So I was very much surprised (and somewhat embarrassed) when the next day, the owner arrived at my door bearing not only my refund but a gift certificate and an in-person apology. She explained that they had been short-handed, and that her husband (the sushi chef) tried to help her out by packaging up our order, but he had only included the sushi bar items. She was extremely apologetic and hoped we would come back again. And we certainly will... the sushi was delicious, best Ive had in the local area. And I think next time we will go in person -- the inside of the restaurant was warm and inviting. So glad we have found this place, and so pleased with the service.

My wife and I eat here every Thursday or Friday night before we head for our boat (during the sailing season). I have never found any other place that comes close to the quality and taste of Pauls preparations. Weve been coming here for at least the past 3 years and have never been disappointed. Ive asked Paul to open a place near where we are in Virginia since we cant find anything to compare! Too bad we can only give five stars!

We ordered carry out so I can really only comment on the food, but they were polite and the food was ready when they said it would be. The rolls are less traditional and more of a fusion style. They were tasty and all of the ingredients were very fresh. A few of the rolls could have been rolled tighter, but that is really just a nitpick. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we will be returning. Reccomended.

Great place. Excellent service. Im a big eater and the "all you can eat" option was amazing. It also for anything on the menu at all, so youre never limited. Food tasted great and it was awesome atmosphere. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommended for any occasion (midday meal, romantic dinner, business meeting etc).

They were very nice and did not seem to mind our two year old girls antics, smiling as they passed our table. Food was beautiful. It was clearly fresh and carefully prepared. We ordered items from every category on the menu.

Really great service on a Saturday night!.. and rolls are very well put together and they encourage customising with cumbersome wraps and brown rice. if you bring your kids mine enjoyed the Asian chicken nuggets!

I have eaten here a few times and it has quickly turned into one of my favorites. I lived in Japan for several years and it has been a struggle to find authentic sushi in the US. Nova is excellent.

Great sushi and the appetizers are satisfying - gyoza, tempura. Unexpected for its location in a nondescript k-mart strip mall. Weve dined in and carried out, and havent been disappointed.
