Staff was rude, food was average. Heard 2 employees arguing right in front of me about making a salad for a customer and one making sandwiches said "I hate my job". Gotta love it. Chaos and noone remembered what was ordered. Kid making my sandwich rudely snapped when I told him what I wanted on the sandwich and asked me to repeat it. Still got it wrong. Wifes macaroni was burnt and nasty. Plenty of other much better restaurants in Annapolis to eat.

This is a pretty laid-back Potbelly, and never terribly crowded. I dont seem to see the musicians here much these days, do i wonder if thats stopped. The one reason I dont prefer this one over the mall location is the lack of fountain drinks and fresh brewed tea.

I like the food here but every time I come here it feels like the counter staff is pushing you through the line like its a race. I prefer to eat without the rush.

Best subs, you gotta get extras on them and pay extra though because they dont fill me up. Chocolate malts are great but I wish I could get a larger portion.
