A couple of weeks ago my coworker had gotten me a sub from here. Ive never had that kind of sub before but I ate it anyways. About 30 minutes after eating it, it made me throw up 4-5 times that day. Being my first experience, I didnt like this place. I decided to try to again today on 2/22/17 and it took a while for them to answer the phone. When they did I told them I wanted to order a meatball sub. Before I could say anything else, the girl rudely said "well were busy and have a line so youll have to hold for at least 5 minutes and then she will take your order." I didnt even know what to say... what kind of business says that? The girl finally takes me off of hold 8 minutes later and I ask how long itll be because she had said previously they were busy. The girl responded "I dont know, like 20 minutes?" For a sub!? Thats ridiculous. First, your food made me sick. Then, you rudely put me on hold. Now, I have to wait 20 + minutes for a sub!? Now Im at TacoBell next door ordering food I know wont make me sick and I dont have to wait an unnecessary amount of time to eat.

Is it twice the price of Subway? yes it is, but worth every penny because it is Quick Service. they actually slice the meat and make your sandwich to order while you sit down. Seems like everyone is very friendly.... I got the number one I absolutely loved it. And yes it does suck that theres only two in the state of Maryland right now. but maybe if we eat more here they will put them in better locations!! As for the location doesnt seem to me to make much sense theres a Dollar Tree and a five below in the same strip mall what you want twice as much for your food...... Hmmmmmm

Ordered a kids meal to go. They didnt give me a cup for the drink so I had to ask for one. They didnt put a rice crispy treat in the bag (which is supposed to come with the meal). Wait was long even though restaurant wasnt busy. They delivered the order as a meal for here so I had to tell them again that it was a to go order.

Got the NY steamer. Flavor was good. However small portions and expensive, meat overly chopped. Got smokehouse beef and cheddar, flavor good but again meat was texture of a sloppy joe or hot canned tuna. Two bad experiences, wont be coming back for a hot sub for a while. Prefer Quiznos to this place.

My friend and I went to grab a quick sub, turned into almost 15-20 minutes for just a sub. It wasnt that busy either. We had to be back by a certain time and they made us late. I only gave stars because the food was good. Work on your sense of urgency.

Best subs in there area, unfortunately, location doesnt have enough parking and service speed suffers based on high customer volume. Recommend ordering ahead.
