Came tonight on 12/3 between 9-930pm and the cashier was so rude and a customer asked for sauce since the bins were empty and he made a comment about customers taking to much and how annoying customers are. He didnt pay attention to anyone that was ordering and was laughing with his friends in the back. Also, upon leaving two of the employees were using drugs in the parking lot. The employee was the registered sex offender that works in the back. Yes, a sex offender a simple search in the sex offender registry in MD will prove what Im saying. The owner/manager needs to step in & clean house. It was dirty and the food was nasty and cold. Employees are rude, drug addicts, & sex offender..

the food was great the service not so much. i ordered 4 things and it took 15-20 minutes. its a "fast food restaurant" it shouldnt take almost twenty minutes, on top of that the people working were just leaving the counter when they felt they could and when i was standing waiting for my food the line started to get extremely long. while i was standing on the side waiting for my food i was talking to someone who had been there for 30 minutes waiting for a quesadilla. and then i met a nice lady who ordered one thing that took 30 minutes to cook. when i finally got my food i saw a lady that was in line that walked out with us and went to chick-fil-a this place needs a new manager NOW!!!

They took at least 10 minutes to order our food then another 15 to get it. They had no idea how to do a new card with the chip to read it and had no idea what they did and didnt have for lemonade or drinks in general or how to work the machine and continued to fight with us and gave the wrong drinks and food drive threw person needed to be fired like now the never go to the drive threw only go in to order or you will never get the correct food

From the time I walked in the door until I left with my food, it took a total of 20, which is fine...IF I WASNT THE ONLY CUSTOMER! when I leave with my food, I notice 5 staff members outside smoking, no wonder it took so long. I have pretty low expectations from a taco bell, but even this fell way short. Avoid if possible, unless you have plenty of time to kill

Been there 3 times. Place so far has always been kinda dirty. so far one time my food was good and twice it was nasty. Got some kind of big salad dish(cant remember what itched but had rice ). Update.....downgraded from 2 down to one star. what a clusterfu** this place has become. So slow and food was actually worse.

I keep telling myself to stop giving this location a chance. Theyre always out of Baja Blast (seriously, why else go to Taco Bell!?) Food takes at least 15 minutes whether inside or in the drive thru. My tacos always have lettuce on them even after asking for no lettuce (because the lettuce tastes like dirt.)

Its not the worst fast food place Ive been to, but not great. The staff is a bit slow despite relatively few customers, but generally friendly. Sometimes there are only 1-2 people working there which makes preparation slow. The food was fully as expected to Taco Bell standards

Ridiculous. Closes way to early for a taco bell. Why dont you just be like chic fil a and close sunday too. Raise your prices even more than they already are and bam you got yourself s classy place to eat.
