Just left this location and very disappointed as always. Ordered the cravings deal box, the nacho cheese that it came was almost empty. I walked up and asked for some more cheese and the girl Christa said no. Kinda took me a min to realize why these teenage workers talk to patrons like they do. I told her yes I want more. She turned away and said "you have a problem".?! The other people standing in line heard her so I then asked for the manager. He stepped around the corner and asked how he could help and I explained to him what happened and he said he had been trying to talk to her about her attitude. Really lol!!! You are a manager...do something about it. This place and the employees are ridiculous. Will be calling corporate too.

My husband and i odered a chicken quesadilla and it was not all the way cooked... The cheese was not melted at all it was half cold yet the outside was burnt and cripsy. My husband drove back around and asked to have a new one made. As we are waiting in the drive thru he noticed the cook pressing down on the machine it is cooked in and took it out when it still had 5 seconds left. He brought it to their attention and they had nothing to say but "okay" with dirty looks on their faces. The next quesadilla they gave me was just as bad. Cheese wasnt cooked. Half ass cut, and an onboxiously amount of sauce. If that wasnt bad enough they also didnt give us a soft taco we ordered the first round. Not happy with our experience here!!

Only one employee seemed really to know what she was doing. She was knowledgeable and friendly and gave me a couple of free dessert items for the unnecessarily long wait for our food to be made. The man making our food - try as hard as he might, for which Ill quickly give credit, was obviously not trained well, if at all. You had really to feel sorry for him as he was really struggling to know what ingredients to include in each item. The cashier kept heading to a booth in the dining room to play on his cell phone. When a customer would come in, hed greet them from across the way and then proceed back to his post. Someone needs to retrain most of this crew and fast!

Ive been here a couple of times, and I have yet to be disappointed. Each time Ive came here, the staff have been excellent (especially the cashier, I think her name is Danielle or something similar. She remembers my name amazingly!). The food has always been great. Only once have I received a burrito that had less than stellar wrapping on it. Ive had Bean Burritos, The 1/2lb Potato Burritos, Quesaritos, Chicken Quesadillas, and the Smothered burrito here. In addition, Ive often had the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes. Everything is almost always stellar. I highly recommend this location to everyone. Outstanding!

I ordered $45 in food last night for a party. I was missing a few things in the bag and I ended up with 1 extra thing that I didnt order. I wanted to wait for my food at the window but I was told with an attitude that they have orders I need to go back around. I never received a receipt for the order but when they printed it off it was clear the person who took the order didnt enter in a couple items and a duplicated another item. I ended up just leaving because I didnt want my food to be messed with. I wont be going back to taco bell in Aberdeen anymore.

Horrible Service! Incompetent management! They screwed up my order for the last time. Never going back! Ordered variety taco pack of taco supreme. Got half filled plain tacos instead. And all the tacos were broken. They are always out of taco sleeves and taco sauce too as well as the soda my family likes. Had to wait 25 minutes at the drive thru too. Ridiculous! Will order from the Mexican Restaurant across the street from now on. Taco Bell can kiss my tacos good bye! They lost my business permanently.

This was my first visit to this location at beards Hill Road. I had a very good experience. I went through the drive-thru which most of the time I dread waiting in line but it went very fast and the drive-thru man was very polite he made sure I had everything I needed. The food was delicious. Ive been to a lot of Taco Bells throughout Maryland and so far this has been the best one yet. I will be making it a point to return to this location again.

I am paticular about where and what I eat. I only eat a 7 layer burrito from Taco Bell, when I am famished and without other options for a short while. I have gone to this location about 3 times and all times, I was greeted with smiles and spectacular customer service. It was years I had been into a Taco Bell. My 7 layer was fresh and tasted fresh. These all explain why I have returned. Keep this up Taco Bell.

What can you say about Taco Bell, anyone who has ever had it knows the deal. However todays experience was made extra special by our cashier who took our order. His name is Terry and he definitely needs to be recognized for his enthusiasm about his job. He genuinely took pride in his job and can be shown thru his attitude. It was a pleasure to sit and eat and listen to just his enthusiasm.

Im only giving it one star because first we get there and they had no garbage cans in the restroom and then we go up to the counter to order and 3 people are standing there looking at us and called someone from the back to come take our order it was just terrible. Kids in this generation dont want to work I swear!

Sitting here for 45 minutes at the drive thru! This place has the worst service ever.....I work in customer service and if any of ny employees ever treated customers the way taco bell does I would make sure they did not have a job....the service is terrible and the people are rude! And the order is never right...

Its a nice, presentable location. However, my bean burritos had a little runny mush in them and nothing else. The portioning was very poor. Had two bites and couldnt taste the beans, because my bean burrito was nearly empty. I am grabbing a burger on my way out and never stopping at this exit again.

Lazy asses work here. UPDATE: In a moment of weakness due to alcohol i decided to get taco bell. I requested chicken instead of the standard horse meat. I guess this translated to "Im a vegetarian who likes paying more for nothing", so it came with imagichicken. Soooo delicious i couldnt taste it!

Today was worst experience ever at this taco bell. First, they forgot about our order, then as I was waiting at counter, after asking where my food was, 3 other people came up with complaint their order was wrong. They fixed their order before giving me mine. And last, the food sucked!!!

Prepare to be waiting for 15 min plus; drive-thru or walk-in. The food quality all depends on the day, time and staff. Some times the food is spot on and then other times it looks like it was picked up off the floor. I have learned that the younger the staff the worse the service.
