Worst service ever! I visited this Bob Evans a month ago and finally got up and left after 25 minutes of waiting to order. I even asked the hostess to send our waitress to the table and she never came. I decided to give them another try and went there last night. We were seated and ordered our food right away but then we sat, along with people at 5 other tables, waiting for food to be served. I asked the hostess why we were all waiting for food and she told me the seating chart was messed up and also that the cook was out on a break! When the food finally came my sons steak was charred black on both sides and was not edible. My steak was on the plate with his vegetables. I finished my meal before my sons new meal was ever served. Also, there was a hair on my plate. Yuck! I talked to the manager as we were leaving and told him about both incidents. He was not even interested. He did tell me the charred steak was his fault as he was supposed to be watching it while the cook was on break. Does this make any sense? I do want to mention that our waitress, Jennifer, was very nice and efficient. I will never go back to this restaurant again. They need to go out of business and close. Terrible!

Went here two days in a row over memorial day weekend, sunday and monday. Had two totally different experiences. Sunday was great, we called ahead and orderd pick up. The young lady on the line was kind and got our order to a t, food was hot n ready for pickup even though they were packed. Monday was a different story, pieces of the order were missing or incorrect.the entire order was complete and packed except tho heywood items which by the time they were ready everything else was cold. Breakfast potatos were under cooked as well. Plus the gentleman at the desk was pretty Hugh and short for no reason.

My colleague and I were sat at a table for lunch on a Tuesday at ~1200. Not extremely busy but waited at least 4-5 minutes with nobody waiting on us or even acknowledging us. A few more minutes passed by and the waitress asked the table behind us - WHO JUST SAT DOWN! - what they would like to drink. I love Bob Evans, eat at Bobs as I travel throughout the U.S., but this service was unacceptable. We left and went to eat elsewhere.

My 6 and 3 year old girls love coming here. We always get Margit. She is our favorite person. She is so kind and always takes the best care of our little family of 5. The food is great! Love the sausage and biscuits... even better than Cracker Barrel. God bless all of the hard working people who make our Bob Evans so wonderful.

Busy Sunday morning, should of had more servers. Service was okay. Asked for a bacon egg and cheese SANDWICH, the server brought out a biscuit instead. Grits werent good. Eggs and pancakes werent completely cooked. Sausage was like rubber. Will not recommend or return.

The lady in the front counter charged me too much and wanted to argue. I ordered the lunch option that showed 6.99 and was charged 9.99. I asked why it was so much more and she got an attitude. Just paid and left but wont be back.
