Waited 15 minutes to be told from an indignant manager that they cant add extra ingredients to their pastas. They have to treat all their customers the same, if I do it for you, I would have to do it for everyone else, exclaimed the manager. Discovering later, that the Pasta is pre-made earlier in the day. I responded, charge me what you wish, but how hard is it to sprinkle extra ingredients on top of the pasta before it goes into the oven? Dont worry Pizza Hut, never again!

First I go online and try to order. Right as Im paying it informs me that this pizza hut is not taking online orders after Ive already wasted 20 minutes picking what I wanted to order and the best deals. So already Im mad that I wasted 20 minutes of my time. So I call and have been currently on hold for 15 minutes, listening to ads telling me about all these great deals online that they have. Fml. Worst place ever. Should answer their phones.

I keep forgetting to ONLY order wings from here. Raw dough is not good. I am an Army veteran that is proud of being able to eat any MRE with a smile and ask for more, but the pizza from the Zachary location of pizza hut had me tapout after 1 slice. Order your wings from here, but call anyone else for the pizza.

Sat on hold from 11 to 11 30 drove to the location instead to place a carry out order. Asked were the phones working. Lady says yeah but we didnt answer because we had a big order. This isnt the first time. If I wasnt getting food for employees at work Id pass

Horrible service. Just called and was asked delivery or carry out. When I replied with delivery I was told they dont deliver right now. I remember when Pizza Hut was the best pizza around...now theyre the worst. I will never eat from them again.

Placed an order for delivery. They forgot part of my order so I didnt get everything I paid for. The pizza would have been good if it had been cooked all the way. Most of it was raw dough. Will not be getting food from here again.

I like to eat there when this hard working guy alton TATE is there cause I know my food going be rite and hot at the same time when he is there they dont play around thanks alton for all your hard work .

Customer service is horrible and they never deliver on time. The manager lied about what time my order was placed to justify the delivery wait then hung up in my face.

Ive had to wait for a carry out order for over 20 min at this location but that was a rare occasions. Usually fast and the pizza is ok.

Called in advance to ensure they had 2 liter Pepsi. Delivery driver still failed to bring it although I was charged for it.
