For all the bad press Chipotle has gotten in recent times they manage to serve you a fresh plate of food that looks appetizing and tastes pretty good. The staff is always friendly and the tables clean. The service is quick. The guacamole is always good, fresh and very tasty. We generally have the burrito bowls. The ability to pick your ingredients is great. Your food is built to your tastes. The choice of salsas is good. There are enough ingredients for the pickiest of eaters to find something they like. Vegetables are grilled to tender crisp. Chips are provided to go along with the burrito bowl which has plenty of food in it for most appetites. We have never been disappointed in Chipotles and always have enough to eat.The ability to eat vegetarian is a plus.

This location must be really watching its expenses, portions were marginal at best. Last two times Ive been to this location, service was marginal as well. Ordered a cheese quesadilla - something Ive ordered at many other locations, and I would say this barely had any cheese on it. I even asked at the counter and was told that "they have to watch how much cheese they put on their items". $3.65 for a warm tortilla ... not what I expected. I guess well continue to eat at Burrachos in Eau Claire instead. Staff seemed more preoccupied with getting restaurant ready to close (which wasnt for another 2 hours) than serving the guests they had in the restaurant.

I love Chipotle, their food is great and good for you (even if the proportions arent). That being said, this location is better than any other Ive been to. The staff are anyways courteous, dont skimp on how much they give you, and is always clean in there. This location is a little busy being right next to the mall, but Ive never had to wait more than 20ish minutes in the 5-6 times Ive eaten there (which has generally been during busy times lunch/supper) .

Best service experience i ever had! The staff there were cheerful and friendly. Since it was my first visit, they offered me a complimentary meal. After i finished the giant burrito, a girl by the name of Denise came to talk to me and explained how the food were made and asked for my feedback. After we talked, she thanked me and gave me a coupon for my next visit! This place and these guys/gals are just, wow! Definitely made my day. Thank you

Generally okay, but not as good as my hometown one. Unfortunately, I took my lunch break to go today for a bowl, and the rice wasnt cooked all the way so it was crunchy. It was kinda disgusting; I couldnt eat it. To be fair, thats the first time that has ever happened to me at this location (or any location), but I worked Ive worked at a Chipotle, and there really isnt a good excuse for under-cooked rice. Im disappointed.

Absolutely love their food! The vegetarian sofritas are delicious! Typically very fast service; however, during busier hours it feels very claustrophobic as their set up is weird. Not very good set up with setting and no real place for a busy line. Have had a couple problems with them-the managers were more than happy to make it right.

Will never est at this location again went in ordered a burrito my fiance noticed the grill had black but dried out old good on it and hadnt been cleaned. Asked if they could clean it before putting our fresh meat on it. Employee got attitude about it decided it was best to just leave. Never again.

The food is pretty decent. Some of the people that work there on the line are sort of rude. Music is loud and crappy and seating is uncomfortable and weird. I dont think you go here to be comfortable... knowing damn well youre going to be eating that whole burrito, God help us all.

This oasis from going to another culvers... thought itd be a great idea to stop somewhere healthy on our 4 hour road trip. Waited (truly) 20 minutes in a line that should have taken 10 minutes at most. ... still in line but filed with hope itll be deliciously worth it. Sigh

wow what a disappointment. We are vegan and love love love Chipotle however this one lacked taste. I believe the brown rice was a quick cook rice and seriously lacked flavor as did everything else including the guacamole. ok maybe the fajita vegetables were tasty.

It was my first time being here with celiac disease. I told the staff member and he asked if I wanted him to wash his hands, which he did and changed his gloves. He was very patient with me and cross contamination even though it was busy. Very impressed.

Only had their chips and salsa. They were good, a bit on the salty side but very fresh. Building was made out of stainless steel and plywood, while I didnt find it appealing I could see how some would.

If youre in Eau Claire, definitely look up Burrachos. I advocated for it, but I was out-voted. Food is hit or miss for me, but its good enough in a pinch.
