Ordered delivery. There were only 2 boxes and I had ordered 3 items. I had to flag the delivery person down and tell her we were missing an item. She acted surprised so I guess they dont look at their tickets when they take the order from the store. Then the sandwich I ordered was uncooked and missing 1/2 the toppings. When I called and asked for the manager and told her about the sandwich her response was "what do you want me to do about it" and not in a helpful way. I said make another one and send it with the driver when she brings the rest of our order. I hadnt ordered from there in months because the same thing happened last time. When youre paying $35 + tip for a order you expect it not to be gross and to be complete. They have horrible product and horrible service.

I have given them about 4 chances over the last month. Every time we order it says 30 minutes to delivery..... Ill wait about an hour and call and theyll say its already out for delivery.. and it wont be here until 30 minutes later. Last time this happened they said oh well the driver left 40 minutes ago with your order. Wow, really??? I only live about 2 miles from the place. It would literally take them less than 5 minutes to get to my house from the parking lot. I ordered from them tonight and its been 2 hours since I placed my order and still no pizza, so I am now calling to cancel my order ... and I will never order from this place again.

I only gave one star because I had to. My husband has been working at a house in Greystone for the past 2 months. Tonight he ordered pizza to be delivered to the house so he didnt have to leave the job. About 20 minutes later, we received a phone call saying that the order was ready but they will not deliver it because the manager says it is out of their 4 mile delivery radius. Turns out, it was actually right on the 4 mile mark. On top of that, it wasnt an issue the 4 separate times before this that he had pizza delivered to the same address from the same Pizza Hut.

The food was great, but our service was absolutely terrible. Our waitress ignored us completely, we waited 25 miinutes for refills on our drinks. I had to take our glasses up to the counter and ask for a refill because all our waitress knew how to do was walk around the dining area and clean off tables. I had barely sat back down after FINALLY getting refills when she brought us our check. The staff here is rude and I dont know if well be coming back.

I order two medium pizzas and garlic parmesan wings. My order was 38 mins late to arrive and when the driver pulled out my order it was incorrect. I was told that he would go get the correct order and bring it back and it would be free of charge. Now 1 hour and 19mins later, I am still waiting on my order to arrive. Horrible service. And this is the 2nd time. I called and cancel my order and had to send it to another nearby Pizzahut.

I placed an order online with 30 minute window for delivery at 7:30 pm. An hour later 4 calls to track down my order, 2 attempts to speak to a supervisor, my cold pizza shows up. I live roughly 1/2 a mile away and I have a credit on my account from the last time they couldnt deliver to me! Literally some of the poorest service Ive seen anywhere. My advice is order for pickup, delivery service is absolutely terrible!

This Pizza Hut location has single handedly turned me completely away from all PH locations. Pizza is GREASY and SUPER SOGGY every time. Staff here is very rude. Went here to dine in on our last visit and were completely ignored by the workers for 10 solid minutes. Needless to say, we did not stay, and that was and will be our last visit ever.

I called to order a pizza, told the time out was 30 mins, I was fine with that time frame. An hour and fifty minutes later I cancel the order, then 10 minutes later the guy knocks on my door wanting payment. Unbelievable!! He did leave the pizza at no charge but I will consider just going elsewhere when I am under a time crunch.

These people are thieves. They delivered my pizza, one of the "deals for 19.99" so they added tax AND delivery fee. The price was 25.24. If showed up on my acct as 25.24, but then they changed it for $3 more, so the order cost me 28.24

Absolutely terrible. Service is horrible. Says 30 minute delivery and it takes over an hour. By the time it gets to you it cold. And there is a 50/50 chance the order will even be correct. Definitely needs new management!!!

Used to work here and had to eat frequently. The first thing to know, is it had a roach problem. Second, extremely unprofessional workspace. Expect spit in your pizza and slow delivery. Dirty kitchen and rude employees.

It says that if we order online we can get 50% off. My mother in law goes in to pick up the order and Bryan Weaver REFUSED to honor the 50% off deal even though that is the advertisement they show.

Pizza Hut has the best pizza out of all pizza chains. I give it 5 stars because of that reason. Dont really care about how nice they are or rude they are. I just absolutely love the pizza.
