Worst wing stop ever!!!I would give zero stars but thats not an option. I have tried several times to get my wings extra crispy. Every time my wings are cooked regular, well kinda regular, almost on the raw side. They forget things in the order more than half the time. Wth?? I have lived in several states and this wing stop is the worst ever. I give up and wont be coming back. $20plus dollars a waste every time. As Im typing this they have messed up again and im waiting in my wings while my fries get cold. Young employees playing because they dont care. I hope they go out of business soon. Was my fave wing joint. No more. Good-bye!!!

The worst place ever, I got there at 11 am right when the doors open I was the first in I ordered some wings and fries they told me 17 mins I said ok n sat down they had people coming in10 mins after me ordering food for four or more people just waiting alittle bit and geting there food n leaving. You would do better eating food from the gas station. No joke. I mean how can you cook fresh fries and have them be disgusting and flabby, if could this place gets a minus. after getting home from ordering 20 atomic wings i found out there was a dead bug in one and the other was the wrong one

Horrible service. On their phone DURING the transaction. When my husband asked if he could have his drink the cashier said "no you didnt have one" when he did and he showed her his receipt. Then when he checked the order they forgot the fries. He went back in to tell them and the cook replied that he didnt get them so no. So he showed them his receipt again. Overall wingstop would benefit from finding employees that arent lacking in the respect department. And do some more customer service training.

This place is filthy. There are no custoners here and 4 dirty tables with food that looks like its been there all day. As soon as my brother and i walked in, 3 employees in the kitchen walked outside to smoke so we had to wait until they were done. They guy taking our order was rude and was texting in between taking our order. This place is horrible and we will not be returning.

I am not planing to go there. First we waited 20 minutes to get seated then we order spicy wings and no spicy ones and when they finally brought it to us they didnt know wich ones where the spicy ones so my kid started eating the spicy ones and she dont2eat spicy foods and after we left all my family and I had stomachache. Not going back then ever.

food is ok but service is horrible. the girl working the counter didnt want to get off her stool and was playing on her phone. I called in a simple order, they said ten minutes. I got there and waited another 12 minutes for one combo meal. One of the cooks was eating as he was cooking/prepping the food. I will never go back there.

Not sure why people complain about Wingstop so much. They have delicious food. I enjoy it every time I go. I highly recommend phoning in your order to cut down on wait time. Last time I went there were like 3-4 phone-in orders before me. I had to wait like 20 min for my food. Not the employees faults, but I know now to call ahead.

Ordered wings for pick up and when I went up there to pay I seen a bag sitting on the rack. The girl who took my payment should have handed it to me as it later turned out to be mine. The guy in the back who cooks the wings put two and two together and helped me out. She needs to be trained more.

Got 8 pc wings with potato salad costed me 15$. I ate the potato salad first and it tasted like alcohol, researched it online and found out that the mayo had gone bad... been sick for the past two days. Would not recommend wasting money to be ill.
