Went there an hour before they were closed and was ignored by every staff member upon entering, we saw 3 employees... my husband, son, and I looked at there selections for a moment before we decided to just go elsewhere.. we were the only guest in there and got completely ignored from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Baskin Robins provided amazing customer service there are to many placed to go to deal with bad service.

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!As a line of 8-10 people formed, both employees casually went about talking on the phone (15 minutes) and dissapearing into the back room. Stood in line for 15 minutes and as a disabled veteran that was not easy. Will NEVER go back. 3-16-17 approx 630pm

Great staff. Unusually large location. Custom made our cookies (Doozies) right there - even with extra filling. They have a tip jar, and they earn it.

The ice cream is fabby but the prices are sky high. Youd have to have a thick wallet to take the whole family there.
