So. Yummy I go here alot so nice to customers they have cakes and candies I love when they sing so good I would love to go there every day if I could so many toppings and they even have bones for dogs next year on my birthday I am having my birthday party there and do my own ice cream they sing all the time they have a drive through and the doors are so cool you can taste flavors With cute little spoons my favorite place in the world is coldstone I would try and make deliveries to people far away sorry if this commment is long but it all is so true about cold stone

Just as they had apples in the casings, they had gnats!! Almost as if they were decorations! Some dead some stuck to the apples. When I bent down to ensure my eyes werent decieving me the lady started insiting I buy a few of them, saying they wouldnt be replacing them until the following day or the one following. Ive been to these stores in other states and know its possible to have their products without the gnats! Its so unfortunate because I love thise apples and really had my heart set on one..or two.

They would not accept our coupon that we had been saving and looking forward to using here. It was disappointing to say the least. The coupon was not expired and did not say a specific location. We were given the coupon at the Collinsville Gateway Center Bridal Show. We felt extremely rushed and unwanted by the staff there and they did not care that we were upset at all.

The ice cream options are fantastic. Its not possible to pick a bad combination that they have listed. The workers are usually busy or in a hurry, just go for the ice cream and you wont be let down.
