"BR31" has really good employees and the ice cream and waffle cones are top-notch! BUT..., I was in the mood for my favorite "Blast/Mcflurry" concoction-kind of thing with Butterfinger bits mixed in soft-serve ice cream. Baskin--Robbins has quit selling soft-serve, so no such luck. Thats why only a 3-star rating.

Rarely offer anything other then same basic flavor selection. Most other BR locations offer wider range of specialty or classic flavors. Service is standard.
