Went in to be served at 11:00pm after a baseball tournament. We went in as a family of six including parents, two teenage sons, and grandparents. There were only two tables occupied in the restaurant. After a bit of time, we were sat. We waited patiently for long enough for everyone at the table ot decide what they wanted for dinner and had still never even been greeted at this time. We were waiting patiently for someone to come take our order when the waitress (possibly the only one there?) stormed out of the kitchen and screamed "I cant, I just cant!" (VERY LOUDLY) then she proceeded to throw her stuff at the computers on the back wall while walking away yelling. She then stormed out of the room! It was a horrible experience so we got up to leave! While leaving a lady at another table told us from across the room, "good choice! I said, "really?" She said, "um yea!" - we left.

The food was sub-par, lacking in what it should be. The eggs were not cooked as should be, the crepes did not even have any fillings. It was like thin pancakes with a drizzle of strawberry syrup. A plate full of sadness. All of the food in general was lacking in what it should have been. Nearly 75% of the time there was no staff on the floor. I had to wait for someone to even notice me waiting at the register so to pay for my so called meal. The waitress was kind and what not but it was sad not seeing someone on the floor for most of my duration there. And the place was not even crowded. My table was still slightly sticky; i could see the same shine on other tables near me showing they were also not as clean. Even for a free meal, i would not want to return until some changes are made. Only reason i would return is if i had a reason too that i have to do so.

I stop at IHOPs all over America while I travel. My boyfriend and I just stopped here and we were treated horribly. Our food took 30 mins when they said 15 minutes, they forgot my soup, and the avocado. When they finally brought the soup it was cold. We tried to ask the hostess/waitress for help and she ignored us. Everyone just stood around staring at us like they didnt know why we were there. I dont understand what happened in there, but Im never going back.

The staff judge you when you come in, they sat my sister and I then we watched them argue for a solid 10 minutes on who would take us just because we had tattoos. Then when they finally took us the service was poor, they avoided coming to our table and when they brought the food it was room temperature like they just let it sit back there.

The tables are sticky, and the service is slow. The people are kind but despite that, and the food being fairly good, there arent many pluses. The bathroom were also not exactly the best, the floor should be moped,and the music turned a few notches down along with the fact that the doors are impossibly sticky. Not exactly noteworthy.

They are always sooo slow! Even when they are not crowded they are slow to get food to you. Last time we went, the waitress was super nice for once (they are usually quiet & unresponsive) nothing like having to flag a waitress down for 9 minutes while you are needing a drink. The food is good but the service usually sucks.

The bathrooms were fine. The main dinning room had a smoky smell. I had bad experience with the French toast and the pancakes. Both the French toast and pancakes tasted like they needed more milk. Everything else was fine.

Terrible service and food. 30 minutes after we ordered omelets I had to ask where our dinner was. There were less than 10 customers there. Found out a Cracker Barrel was nearby...would have preferred that!!

New to the area and this is one of our go to spots. Diane is THE BEST server hands down. She will bend over backwards to make sure your food is prepared exactly as you ordered it.

I use to enjoy IHOP, but this location especially seems to have gone downhill. The staff was inattentive, nothing seemed especially clean and the food was less than impressive.
