My co-workers and I order breakfast every Friday morning from various local places. A couple of times we have ordered from Market Street Family Restaurant. Unfortunately, we will never be choosing this place again. Every time we call to place our 6-10 orders the person answering is usually very rude and not able to correctly place our orders. On every occasion something has been wrong with one or more of our orders. In this last case something I specifically asked about before I left with my orders was missing and I had to waste more of my time at work driving back to get it. Not only did I have to come back but no compensation was offered. Very displeased with the service and will not be spending our hard earned money here ever again....Upon my return one of my coworkers proceeded to contact Market Street only to be received, yet again by the rude woman answering the phones. He asked if the owner was there. She informed him that she did not know when he would be in. He then asked for a manager. She VERY reluctantly told him to hold on. She then proceeded to put the phone down, (did not place him on hold) and he sat there listening to all the employees talk for over 5 minutes until someone picked up the phone and hung up. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service.

We love the salad buffet here. And food isnt to bad either, its not the best mind you. The owner is a real nice guy and the staff is for the most part nice. Only issue is the food was a bit better before (which is why its 3 star rating). But its still good enough and the prices arent to bad. Only odd thing is if you use the bathroom, the light goes off after a certain amount of time.

Went for the salad bar - told the hostess we were there for the salad bar - and she sat us at a table furthest from the salad bar. While the toppings were fresh, they were limited given the focus of the restaurant offering a salad bar. Wed stop back if we were hungry and in the area, since its quick and easy, but we certainly wouldnt make a special trip to eat here again.

Amazing place. The food is delicious and for a great price. The staff is very friendly. Everything is very clean. There is a salad bar with several more choices than what Im used to. Ive been there a few times now and each visit has been just as enjoyable as the last. Another bonus is that they have all day breakfast. I definitely suggest giving them a try.

Waitress Angel was more concerned about eating her own meal than taking our order. Then when I was brought the wrong drink, she questions me, not the hostess that took the drink order. She never checked back to see if the drink was alright. Drew served us our lunch, while Angel liked to talk to the hostess.

Owner Tonys second location in Lake County. We have had great family dinners here, but this our favorite breakfast and lunch meeting place. We regularly meet clients here for coffee. Great home style cooking, large portions, more than reasonable pricing. Always good coffee and a fresh soup & salad bar.

The quality and taste of the food has really gone downhill in the last 6 months. The gravy taste like terrible canned gravy. The meat is very fatty. The salad bar salad is very very wet. The servers are good but they keep apologizing about everything. I have no plans to revisit this restaurant.

This resturant used to be very good and a favorite spot for my friends, my girlfriend, and i but something changed, the alfredo taste like watered down heavy cream with no garlic or parmesan and there chicken was bone dry and burnt. Very disapointed. Used to be a good place.

The food is always extremely hot and fresh and the employees are always friendly and caring too. The food is in good size portions and you get a good selection of food to pick from as well and i could say i could honestly eat here every day. Two thumbs up for sure.

This place will serve you the definition of a home cooked meal. Generous portions for the price, as well as a salad bar offered with most meals. They also have a very wide selection off food options, you can get a burger and fries, or cajin seafood. Delicious.

Wife and I took grand children here. Drew was an awesome server; showing great patience and did a marvelous job. My wife couldnt stop saying "I love Drew". The food was really good too and the place was clean and organized. Well be back again!

I tell you what, this place is always clean. Usually kind of empty when I go so service is fast. The food is very cheap. For like $8 or $9 you can get a crazy delicious chicken sandwich with soup and salad bar. How can you beat that?

$8 for "pot roast" sandwich....Deli sliced roast beef, soggy white bread, canned gravy, canned green beans, and flavorless mashed potatoes. Nice place with nice people but NOT worth the money. Embarrassing food in our experience.

My Mediterranean mac-n-cheese crock was delicious and left me plenty to take home with me. My daughter got shrimp scampi, which was too sweet, but was very quickly replaced. Very polite wait staff and good service.
