I was on the Westbank, and decided to get some lunch. Tuesday, about noon. There were 15-20 people there, including some cops. I took it as a good sign....cops usually go where the food is good. In this case...NOT!! Sorry, folks. The place itself was clean, decor ok. Tables, booths and bar seating. They run a Taco Tuesday special. Chips were warm, not greasy. Salsa was....just tomatoes. Didnt taste any flavors, or heat. They also give you a bean dip. Tasteless. I ordered A combo of 1 beef taco, 1 beef enchilada and a tamale. Comes with refried beans also, but theyre not refried. Theyre right out of the can with some cheese on them . Very souplike, and bland. Ok, the taco, tamale and enchilada all had the same meat filling, with a little more meatstuff on the side. I shouldnt say the tamale had the same filling because they were premade and sold in bulk Im sure. By the way, the meatstuff wasnt good either. The enchilada was made wrong with cold flour tortillas and cheese on it, no sauce. The taco was in a premade taco "shell" that breaks when you bite it. That doesnt matter though, the tomato, lettuce and cheese they top it with had already fallen out by the time it got to the table. Oh yeah, had a side of guacamole that was...again, not good. Couple of tomato bits, some lime juice. No garlic, cumin, or onion. No flavor. It gave me the feeling that this place is run or owned by people who have never eaten Mexican food, and are catering to people who may never have had good, authentic Mexican food. There were Mexican servers working there, but I dont know whos cooking. I would have given zero stars, but the place looks ok, has plenty of parking, and nice people working there. Me???? And Ive never said this before.. I wont be back. Unless by some chance they get a new chef and management that knows food. Sorry.

Do not eat here!! I, dined here two days ago and was served food that appeared to be ok. But the next day I got sick. To make a long story short the food that I, ate there at the ElPaso Mexican grill gave me food poisoning. I, went to the ER and was diagnosed with Colitis which is a Bacterial Infection of the Large Intestine. Our, waiter was the short seemingly strange looking guy!! I, have dined here often prior to this needless to say they will never see me again!! Eat, here at your own RISK!!

I would say that the exterior and interior are of the standard, sit-down, chain Mexican restaurant, and I will say that their service was very good and fast. Chips & salsa are complimentary. I ordered the Lunch Special No. 9 (Beef Taco, Chili Relleno, Guacamole Salad, & Refried Beans). Well, the salad was fresh & tasty, and the food was really good and dang hot. I would recommend this place, and I would certainly revisit it. RJT

Went in on one nite with husband had an amazing delicious dinner, attempted to place a order on the phone a couple weeks later and not so lucky. Order was wrong called back to complain and spoke to some rude person name Louis yelling at me and talking fast. Lucky Louis wasnt around when we ate dinner are Im sure we would have never ate there again. Food is very tasty, some of the service staff tasteless.

Third time coming here & had the same waiter (forgot his name)...he seem like he dont want to work there & the way he acts is like he has an attitude or just very sarcastic...but anyways the food was pretty good and reasonable prices.probably wont b returning i think i will try another mexican restaurant on the Westbank. Maybe i will return eventually cause of the cheap prices tho lol idk

BEST place to go for healthy Mexican dishes with very good vegetarian and pescetarian options and huge portions! Spicy dishes are actually spicy - careful with the Camerones a la Diabla! I also really like the Pescado Mexicana. Deserts are amazing - my favorite is the banana cheesecake chimichanga. I drive across town (or across the river as they say) to eat here - even on my birthday!

The food was good but they discriminate against their own race.. They sit Hispanics on the sides at the end.. I asked the mariachi to play some songs for us a couple times and they kept saying "next song". But they were playing for all non-Hispanics. Im not a low-life Mexican and I do tip well just saying.

First the host glared at us. Didnt say hello. Rolled her eyes like we were bothering her. The chips were dropped off with more attitude. Then when we lifted the plates up there was gross brown water in between them. We walked out. Didnt even get the chance to try the food. Had better service in Mexico.

casual mexican fare at a reasonable price. the availability of a la carte items is extremely helpful. we can get samplings of certain dishes and not have to spend extra for sides we do not want. steak nachos are the best!

The decor is excellent the staff is fast friendly and efficient . My plate came out quickly, it was over filled & hot . They set the bar high and cleared it. Ill definitely be back, you should join me

Horrible website. Restaurant urges you to use the website and view custom menus, but the website layout is poor. Dont advertise a feature that doesnt function.
