Went there on a Thursday night, approx 9pm, I could not beleive what i observed. There was no sign of a manager on duty. Most of the dishes were empty, others empty with no food but dirty. When i placed my order it seemed like a chore to the employee to fill my request. The whole time she was constantly talking to another employee about non-work related items. She had to ask me more than one time what i wanted because she was more interested in her conversation with her co-worker and did not hear what i had ordered. When i had finished paying , i went to get my drink, but there was no ice. I had to ask the same female for ice in my cup and she seemed really put out that she had to walk a few extra steps for ice. When i went to get my fork, i was told we have spoons only, Try and eat some of their food with a spoon. When i sat down, the food was not as good as prior visits, maybe it was because it was so late?? But what i observed while eating was very unprofessional. The female in charge of drive-thru was sitting on her counter next to the register. 3 of the other employees were using toothpicks to munch on food. Now i was the only customer there, but does this make it ok? When getting up to leave, the 2 trash cans were over-flowing with trash and now falling on the floor. Looking around i then notice 2 out of the 5 employees were sitting at a table texting ot whatever on their phones. WOW Have been there many times but the last few it was gone to the wayside. I used to be impressed with the quality and the service recieved there, however a lot of things will have to change for me to spend my money there. There are a lot of places on Vets where my money will spend

Theyre quantity of food is unbelievable for the price!!!! I usually get the plate and for around $7.something u get 2 entrees and ur choice of rice or noddles...the reason I gave this panda express 5 stars is the quality doesnt suffer its always hot and delicious... And the staff are so friendly and willing to accommodate u within theyre means hands down my favorite restaurant in metairie... wouldnt go anywhere else to get my Asian food fix...great job!!!!

The food was horrible I shrimp fried rice and a honey chicken combination platter. The food was very disgusting. The rice was so mushy it had no flavor. The shrimp tasted very old also very mushy. The chicken I hate to say actually smelled like cat piss Im not exaggerating I actually had my friends smell it and they said the same thing it even tasted horrible when I called back to complain they hung up in my face what terrible service

I love this place! Great value! Great food! I always get the bejin beef and the orange chicken along with the chow mein and my wife always get the same except instead of the bejin she gets the sweet fire and we get the cream cheese ragoon and its under 20 bucks!! If you havent eaten here then you need to. Oh I would recommend getting the chow mein because the fried rice is only par at best.

staff name lucia was very rude and would event say thank you, there was about 7 customer in front of me and all 7 of them complained about she just asks what they like to order right away, there was no greetings from her and especially thank you to customers, one lady tried say something to her but she walked away immediately and stayed in the drive-thru

Opening weeks, it was delicious... after Hispanic cooks left, not so good. Honestly, new cooks mess up the orange chicken by spicing it up too much. Is not Jambalaya, for heavens sake! Please, consider expanding... Hispanic cooks please. Oh! I almost forget; Manager has a very nasty attitude. Just ignore him.

Over priced not very well cooked food. charges an extra dollar for shrimp and beef...noodles were under cooked and so were the potstickas.. But their tea was awesome.. Dont think i will be back to eat. So many other really good restaurant to wait time and money on sub standard eatry ....this New Orleans

Online ordering is a wast of time. Arrived 5 minutes early to wait 20 minutes while the customer in front of mes food was cooked. I could see my food sitting there getting cold. No apologies, no offering to replace with warm food. Dont offer online ordering and drive through if you cant handle it.

Alberto was nice and patient, he approached us a couple of times to ask us if everything was ok and if we needed anything else. We were a big group, the other people working there didnt smile and didnt seem polite. Except for America who told us thank you and good bye.

Great place. I recently had an unpleasant experience at the baton rouge location. This location made me believe again. If they have the 5 flavor shrimp you MUST try. It is so good. They were fast and friendly. And of course my fav.. my order was correct!

okay it was our first time going in there all the dishes there was no food in there for crying out loud and the cooks did not want to cook they wanted to go home and this was an hour before closing never going back there again

Everyday Fresh. The food looks so Hot and Fresh. I visit a lot to this place and like to write a positive review. My favorite Plate 1entree (half Chomin and half rice) with 2 entrees. Dedicated staff, neat and clean place.

Service was kind and helpful. Food was great. I noticed a very ditto slippery floor by the drink machine (I almost skipped) and told a worker. Even though she was busy, she immediately got a mop and cleaned up the hazard.

Considering I dont eat or like Chinese food this place was good. I had the fried rice and was delicious. Kind of stingy on the Worchester sauce but more packets didnt cost anything. Clean place too!

They are not open to posted hours. We pulled in at 9:45 pm and they had the doors locked already. Wouldnt waste money at a Panda Express again.

Quick and easy! Friendly with good service. Last time I was here they even offered to clean off the table and throw everything out for us.
