Did a 2go order this evening ordered Gen Tsos Chicken and no vegies and it had dark meat in it so I cant eat dark meat and everyother place uses white meat and real chicken threw it away - - If you want good Chinese food go to the Lumier have had Gen Tsos there 2 times and AWSOME and FRESH white chicken snow peas and carrotts - - called they told me they would give me a 25% discount on thenext order I will NOT GO BACK - -so if anyone wants a discount just give them 4806 for a 25% discount and GOOD LUCK will go back to Lumier they told me that was not a real CHinese Restaurant - - well it is AWSOME and my husband does not like chinese and they brought me my meal in the sports bar - - Great.

I ordered some Chicken Curry and Crab Ragoon delivered from these guys. The guy that answered the phone could have been a bit friendlier, but wasnt too bad. The delivery was fast and the price good but the part that gets them 5 stars is the food. The crab ragoon was without a doubt the best I have ever had, it was hot and fresh and very flavorful. The chicken curry was very good as well though they cut their chicken in think long strips as opposed to shorter thicker strips. But that is a personal preference of mine due to how I make it. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants good, fast, and fresh Chinese food.

This is literally the worst Chinese food I have ever had! If I had wanted to eat beef jerky style fried chicken that tasted like sweet n sour sauce with maraschino cherries made on a sponge with a crap-ton of chilies to mask the terrible, I would have ordered that. But no, I asked for the general tsos chicken. The crab rangoon was passable, but thats being nice. I feel bad for you, Collinsville, dont give them your money until they can actually make passable food products. If I could give zero stars, I would. I lived off Chinese food in college...this is nothing close to food.

They are liars. Their lunch special says entree, choice of white or pork fried rice; choice of soup: egg drop, won ton or hot and sour; choice of appetizer (cant recall the choices). The semicolon (;) indicates a separation of items, not a choice. By their wording, you get entree, soup, rice AND appetizer. I will not do business with anyone who does not honor their own offers. I recommend choosing someone else because if they cheat people on something as simple as this, who knows what else they will cheat you on. AVOID.

Found a hair in my food and was only given half of my money back. One of the workers were laughing about me finding a hair in my food. Tried to contact manager, was told that the two english speaking inviduals there were "considered managers since the other people working that day didnt speak english". I asked for the owners name, was given the run around and a fake name, researched on the internet and found out the REAL owners name. Tried to contact the owner, wrote a letter, no response.

I would steer clear of this place as well. We also found hair in our food not to mention them getting our order wrong. Plus, when I called to report the problem, the women was extremely rude insisting that everyone in the kitchen were wearing hair nets. She went so far to ask me what color the hair was and how long!! All I got was a credit on my next order which is completely useless since it will never be used! On top of that, even if I wanted to use it, it EXPIRES May 1st!!!!!!

I hate this place, and not because of the food but because of the people who work here. They are rude and treat you like your a moron. I can barely understand the young kid at the register who is also a jerk, his voice is so monotone he sounds like he hates his life. Also they do not deliver to my work in Caseyville but deliver to my home in Caseyville and my work is only 3 minuets from my house...smh... Go to China Lin they are sooo much better.

The food is good but the prices are too high. Especially when most places you order a large of something and they actually give you a large. They always put the "large order of chicken and broccoli" in the lunch special container. That isnt a large. If it was.. what smaller container could they possibly have that they would put your food in for a regular order? Just a rip off compared to other places.

They messed our order up, even when I had the lady re say the order back to me 2 times!, then we called up there and they were so rude and mad at us for their mess up....I told them we would just order from somewhere else and they were like...ok, bye....srsly....DO NOT give them business...go to China Ling.

Very friendly! I used to love cashew beef from my old Chinese food place, and sadly they didnt have it on their menu. They were nice enough to not only make it for me, but actually added a combination plate to their cooks list in the back, so anytime I call in they know how to make it for me! Way cool...

Me and my fiance had gotten one order wrong which wasnt a problem we just wanted it fixed and because of that now they wont deliver to us. They were super rude and very unprofessional and i did not appreciate the way they acted. We will never again go to this hole in the wall place again.

They have the best Chinese food in the metro area. Always good, always hot. They deliver a lot so you may have to wait a while on a delivery order. We usually pick it up ourselves.They have English speaking order takers so that helps.

Ive ate here for years and absolutely loved it. For the past year the food has been overcooked the people have been come rude the delivery times to being quite slow and theyre starting to mess up the orders
