Very very disappointed. Had heard good things about Chipotles but our visit left the three of us very lukewarm. We all ordered the steak bowls. To start, they only have two sauces and if you dont plan to ever need your tongue again, you are fine. Both sauces, though called mild, were 4 alarm fires. The steak was full of gristle and the tortillas were your standard cardboard rounds. Next time we will stick with our fav mexican restaurant--- Potrillios. SO worth the extra drive if you want authentic mexican that never disappoints. And especially, their shrimp cocktail and various entres are dynamite!

I love chipotle! I go to many and this one is really nice. The servers are friendly and the place is clean. Also, as usual the food is great, organic and healthy opposed to other fast food options! Also, I suggest you take the turn at the stop light because there is a median and even with the turning lane built in the traffic is ridiculous. At least with the light you have a chance even though youd have to take an extra turn and drive through Whole Foods.

This Chipotle is hit or miss for having burnt steak and chicken. I keep going back hoping they will get it together but so far they havent. The one downtown Houston is always spot on so I know it can be done! Re: the amount of food - the amounts Ive gotten here have been on par with all others Ive visited. This is the only one Ive ever had burnt meat at though.

Other than the wait, this place is great. My only real complaint about my most recent visit was that the service was a little lackluster. The person making my burrito want particularly friendly and seemed disinterested in being there. But they did make the burrito well, so that worked out. I just wish they had queso.

Atmosphere was nice and mellow. Perfect for a date night or lunch with friends. The food is supberb, fresh ingredients, and high quality. There is an endless amount of combinations to create. Must try!!! Extremely impressed with food!! One of my new fave places to eat. Trust me. It is worth a few extra dollars.

Absolutely amazing authentic Mexican Grill with the taste to match. Cheaper than eating at McDonalds and as good as eating at a nice dine-in Mexican Grill. Atmosphere is very elegant! The staff very polite and knowledgeable.

A great spot for flavorful burritos and salads. Fast friendly service, where the food never disappoints. The salad bowl with rice, beans and chicken or steak, accompanied with a tangy vinaigrette is my favorite.

Very courteous and friendly staff. My wife only ordered 3 drinks for 4 people, and rather than charge me again for 1 drink, the cashier gave me the drink on the house!!!
