Terrible Customer Service. Food is ok, however, customer service is absolutely terrible, and I will never return. They are highly rude and flat out lie to customers. I ordered the sesame chicken combination plate. I payed an extra $1 for shrimp fried rice vs fried rice and when I got there to pick it up I asked for sweet and sour sauce for my eggroll. The man responded that "duck sauce" which was in the container available to anyone who wanted it was "sweet and sour". "the duck sauce is the sweet and sour sauce". I said "No, its not. Do you not have sweet and sour.". After going back and forth he said "Its $0.25." They made me pay an extra $0.25 for sweet and sour sauce. Its the principle. This restaurant will not last another year.

We got dinner from here sunday night. We ordered several different things. But the sweet and sour pork was bad for sure along with the rice because both my husband and I got horrible food poisoning. Ive had the worst of it because it was the meal I ordered and Ive missed two days of work. We will never eat here again. This was our second time and its always greasy too. But this was the final straw. I have busted blood vessels all over my face from throwing up so hard. I thought we were going to have to go to the hospital it was that bad. Something was very bad with that meat and the way they prepared it. Never taking a chance on them again!

If you want to enjoy this place as you should, then plan to "ORDER TAKEOUT." As of early 2015, this place (1) is still too small for a date night experience like P.F. Changs; but (2) has a shorter wait time than P.F. Changs; and (3) has the traditional Chinese takeout boxes like P.F. Changs. My orders are always satisfying. See for yourself.

It took less than ten minutes from ordering for my food for it to be made. You can see into the kitchen, which I like because you can see them prepare the food as well as see the cleanliness of the kitchen area. The food was awesome (I had the orange chicken combo dinner). Ill definitely be coming back to Chinese Kitchen.

This place is bad. I live next door to this place and have tried this place on several occasions, hoping that the time before was just an off day. Every time it tasted horrible. In an area with so much competition I think you should try somewhere else

Food is really good, I go there all the time. Everything is made fresh - I was impressed that I was able to order pork fried rice (the side that usually comes with their lunch specials) without the pork. I recommend the House Special Lo Mein!

Poor front counter service. Women was eating at table when I came in and we had to wait 5 minute before she would even acknowledge us. When she did, I feel as if I was a nuisance to to her. Food was substandard.
