Customer service was horrible I placed an order for white meat general Taos chicken with shrimp fried rice bout time I got to the house and realize my order was wrong I called them to fix the problem they told me that I did not make the order like that and was going back and forth with me over the phone I told them I did not want anymore and just want my money back when I went into the store they told me they did not do refunds and continue to debate my order it is being ran by kids and a man who doesnt speak English very well I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone

Ive gotten take-out from China 1 numerous times over the past few months. Ive always been satisfied with the service and quality of food, Ive stayed away from the sushi (come on, this is Chinese take-out) but tried a variety of items from the menu. They make to order, and can customize what you want, just ask. The prices are low, and the food is great. They even have a high def tv (usually playing sports) and a nice fish tank that keeps the kids entertained for a few seconds.

I just ordered food at China One on Airline and Bluebonnet Blvd. My order was wrong, after we confirmed my order at the register. In addition, the food was horrible. Ive had better food at a mom and pop corner store. The Restaurant wasnt clean even the kitchen looks grim. The guy that takes the order at the front desk, his English comprehension skill needs improvement and or Rosetta Stone. China Bear on Perkins and Bluebonnet is worth the drive.

Moved to this part of town a few weeks ago from mid-city and decided to give it a try. I was very impressed with the food. It has been wonderful. My husband and I even did get a crunchy roll and it was pretty good as well. The staff has always been polite. They even gave my husband hot tea for me when they over heard I was sick.

The food is good but they watch you the whole time your making your self service lunch box. I dont know if there is something wrong with the food or if they dont want you to put too much. I will not buy the lunch box if its to close lunch special ending time because they dont add fresh food. Personal experience

I could do without their rude comments. They may seem funny to them, but they arent funny to the customers. They also watch you and walk with you the entire time youre getting your food. Im spending my money and I know my limit, I dont need a buffet sitter.

When you drive past numerous Chinese take outs to go to one place you know they are good. I have been ordering from China one for + 10 years...started eating at the government street location! Its the best!!!! I love the chicken and shrimp delight!!!!!☺️☺️
