This place is not at all as it is depicted on the internet. It is dirty. The cooler that the ice cream is in is all thickly iced over as if it hasnt been defrosted and cleaned in quite some time. They barely give you one scoop for $4, no toppings, nothing. No one even offered to direct me where napkins and utensils were. I am shocked they even passed inspections to be able to sell food of any type. I will never go here again. Just terrible. So much for a fun Friday night outing with the family.

Not going to lie, we didnt think much of this place from the outside since its in a house converted into a business. The wife insisted that we try for our vlog. Wow, was I surprised! I love this place. The employees are super friendly and patient. They regularly have activities out front for the kids to do. The ice cream is absolutely wonderful. Their health department rating (Which is very good!) is posted up proudly. Yes. Wonderful place to stop by and grab a sweet treat!

This place is amazing. Im a restaurant GM and Ill tell you this place looks clean inside and out. Staff were very friendly, and the ice cream is delicious. The business looks very community friendly and overall I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. They even have a rewards program.

Ice cream is just as advertised: velvety! I had the peppermint flavored which was as pretty as it was yummy! Another visit I had the chili...deep flavor..really good. Next time I would like to try the taco salad! Very cute, clean, totally Mom & Pop style business. Neighborly owners.

I love the elephant ear iced cream, the lemon cheesecake is my new favorite though. Its Velvet ice cream from O-H enough said=] I hate the chili dogs though they need to replace their chili, in my opinion...i miss 2d street in Portsmouthppo 416-8187 l jj

Absolutely love the atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for a family outing. So many flavors to choose from and the store is always clean. Ive been in several times and have nothing but praise for Family Fun. 5/5

We took our twins to the fun day they had for their 1 year anniversary and it was a great time. Their icecream is delicious and the staff is happy and friendly. We will be making this place a weekly treat for sure.

I am visiting family and they took me here. It was so cute and friendly. They had corn hole out front played it with my nieces. The ice cream was so good. I got the blueberry cheese cake, best choice!!
