(Monday, 3/13/17 3:45pm) Usually very happy with the service at this location. Trisha and the rest of the staff are great. Today however, I came across the two most rude employees. When ordering my usual, I figured Id change it up by asking for almond milk. I was met with a roll of the eyes by the male barista, and told by the female that "We dont have almond milk. Whats your name for the cup?" I was not offered to substitute or anything. Both employees seemed like they did not want to be there at all, which is not normally what I see. I would love to provide names, but neither were wearing name tags. Hopefully, my next visit will be more enjoyable. This incident will not keep me from coming back.

This store is the worst. I go there and i gamble 1 out 5 times my order is right. I complained before but that does no good they just look at you like your crazy. My order is always wrong on the days I have a bad day and cant speak. I always drive all the way to New Albany there always understanding they know sign and very helpful.

This Starbucks takes too long to get your drink. There are only two women behind the counter (one taking the order, one making the drinks). I feel that there should be three that way the process moves smoother, one taking orders two making drinks. The past three times Ive been there it has taken 30+ minutes to get my drink.

I LOVE Starbucks coffee and purchase 4-5 times a week. This store has an employee that called me grumpy because I did not take the receipt she set on the counter when I had my hand out to take. Guess Im to old and expect more when I pay $4-$7 for a coffee!!

The service is ok, my only major complaint is that at no point was it said that this location is inside a Target department store, with no separate entrance or signs. The only way to know it was INSIDE the Target was to happen upon it by accident.

Usually a fine Starbucks But... In an age where you dont have to leave your house to order a new 60" TV, it would be nice if the barista at the local Starbucks treated you better. Customer service matters. Not impressed.

I usually get a lg caramel frappacino & a slice of banana nut bread. These are my absolute favorite things to get. Some of their muffins are delicious also but my $7 is based off the frappacino & banana nut bread

Didnt care for how this one is set up. The register is back in a corner and their displays block the flow of customers. It was rather odd, but the same great coffee.
