One Man Electrical Band

Very strange place with mediocre food. Was surprised to see an oriental restaurant without chicken on a stick or egg rolls. Strange things on buffet... A beetle walking across the plates for starters. Italian chicken which was just sliced chicken breast covered in a bad Italian dressing. Baked salmon covered in cottage cheese and another layer of cheese? Overall, all dishes were swimming in oil and grease. Black pepper chicken was like sweet and sour chicken loaded with pepper and general tso sauce. Mongolian beef was horribly chewy and greasy. Hot n sour soup wasnt the best. Service was pretty crappy too. Buffet was not stocked most of our visit. Cant say we will be coming back...

I have taken my family here for the past 16 years about once a month and has always been exceptional food, use to never be an issue with the crab legs. the past couple times Ive been they act like they dont want to put out any crab legs. Which is total Bs when crab legs are one of your buffets selling points. Went again tonight for the last time every bit of food was absolutely horrible, no crab legs at all. my 11 month old granddaughter has eaten there a few times already and usually likes it, tonight she spit everything back out. So needless to say I wont be back and I dont see the place staying open much longer.

Normally dont rate restaurants despite having a bad experience but three in one sitting deserves a review. 1 the waitress rolled her eyes at me when I asked to be seated at a booth. She pointed to three empty ones behind me so me and my family started to sit in the first one she snapped at me and said someone is sitting there. ( your mind reading skills should be up to date if you eat here FYI) 2 food was cold not that good ( sometimes we all have bad days so was gonna let this one slide) 3 this is the reason for the review, my teenage cousin found a black hair in her white rice

We arrived at 3:00 on a Wednesday. They were not crowded, but business was not slow. The food was very dissatisfying. Food that should be hot was barely warm and extremely stale. The chicken was like leather, the egg rolls were filled with mud like mush, and American style fried foods were chewy. Good that should be cold was room temperature. I didnt know jello could be dry, bananas were brown, and anything custard like was hard and flaky. Not only was the food not enjoyable, our waitress wasnt friendly at all. We will not be returning.

This place has a homey atmosphere. Its a buffet like mom used to make, if your mother is mentally ill AND suffers from an eating disorder. They have it all, warm sushi, hard boiled eggs bobbing in broth, unpeeled deep-fried shrimp with the poop vein intact. Hell, help yourself to some fruity pebbles and goldfish crackers. Those will do nicely with my pre-scooped ice cream cup. Make sure to say hello to santa big bird near dying fish fountain. I love this place.

First off the lady who sat us was on her phone the entire time. We came at 3 pm on a Friday afternoon. The sushi was absolute garbage as was everything else. The rice noodles had been sitting so long they were hardened. The cucumbers were gooey. Even the crab ragoon tasted like it was five years old and completely solid on the inside. Just dont waste your money. I literally hate myself for even consuming any of this crap. Save your money. Just eat Ramen Noodles.

Great food the best time to go is during the lunch rush and the dinner rush. Just like every buffet things are kept hot and new when they are busy. The service is nice they seat you and keep up with your drinks. Ive seldom had to ask for a refill. They arent very personable though. You might get a greeting smile but no real conversation or anything but, I appreciate that I come to eat not conversate. I have been going there since I was little its a great place.

This is one of the best Chinese Buffets in the tri-state area Ive tried most all of them. The service was pretty good seated quickly fresh foods on the buffet. They also have habachi as well cooked to order. Only $9.99 I drove all the way from the westside of town and will be back often.

Definitely the worst chinese food Ive ever had. The eggrolls are filled with mush, and everything else tastes like it was bought frozen and prepared in the microwave. The only thing that tasted right was the water, but its hard to mess that up.

Never fill drinks, food literally tastes so terrible, looks disgusting, pizza tastes like bread nothing else, chicken and shrimp purely taste the same disgusting the only up side was the ice cream because its actually real!

Been coming here for a decade. The new place is great, however the service is what killed it. The server was VERY demanding that we pay when she wanted. This isnt from just one experience. Made the meal unenjoyable.

Poor selection, No Name tags for the food so you have no idea what youre eating, seating is very unprivate. The employees hovered over everything and to top it all off there were bugs all over the desert table...

This is my favorite cheap Chinese place in the Newport area. Its not authentic or super fresh, but it fills the need when I want to have a comfort food fix. The restaurant is clean and easy to get to.
