This afternoon, we were there to celebrate one of my friends birthdays and had a party of roughly 12 people. After the waiter had dropped off our last entree, we asked if he would mind taking a picture of the table for us. His response was "Actually, Im working right now. So I have to get back to the kitchen and... you know, work?" He didnt say it over his shoulder or rush off in a hurry. He explained it to us; like school children. I would have kindly requested my tip back, but this location requests you add gratuity at the time of purchase instead of the end of the meal. If youre looking for the best value for your money, consider going to "Little Thai Cuisine" just down the road. The service is fast & cordial; their food is better; and their prices are comparable to Tin Drum. (220 Sandy Springs Circle Northeast Atlanta, GA 30328)

This place is always busy due to its location and being in the middle of a shopping center. Also parking is a pain here. You order at the counter. Then youre given a number that you place on your table and the food is brought out to you. They have a nice small outdoor patio for nice days. The staff moves fast so it doesnt take too long for your food to come out (10-15 minutes). Their Thai Ice Tea is delicious. I am a little bummed that they dont do refills like the Atlantic Station location (where you can make your own.) I ordered the Sesame chicken and it was absolutely delicious. They didnt over do the glaze so it wasnt overly sweet. The only complaint that I have is that the bathroom was filthy. I felt so gross after using it. However, it could have very well been a one time situation and my misfortune.

Service (or the lack of it): In spite of all comments I decided to eat here for lunch. I am here right now. You guys are right in your 2-3 star reviews (no clue where the 4-5 star reviews are coming from, employees?!? No... that could not be true, they are as sour as they come) one of the servers is literally arguing with a customer over a dirty table in front of all of us here. Food: Food is actually not unbearable. That is NOT to be read as "good." far away from that. It is more like edible. I love Tikka Masala, but here flavor was off and the ratio of sauce to rice was a spoonful of sauce to a cup of rice. Needless to say that I just scraped the sauce off the mount of rice and eat at a more balanced ratio. Conclusion: Buyer beware!

Went to have lunch there last week and people that work there are very rude. Order took 45 minutes to receive. One of the employees came out to the patio area and was very nasty about my small dog being there even though I have been there before with a dog and it was no problem. The manager got wind of it and came to apologize and gave me a gift card. Last night I went to use the gift card at the Cumming location and embarrassingly there was no balance on the card. So he gave me a blank gift card. I tried to call now and even no one even answers and their voice mails doesnt even announce who they are. This is a very poorly managed location in a multitude of ways.

Id like to see what kind of business this place might do if the staff didnt try their best to make you feel unwelcome. I only go every couple of months now, despite living close by, because I always leave feeling like I just gave my money to an organization whos given me the virtual finger in return. The food is great! Yet tonight, my friends I decided to count how many times we said "thank you" to the staff, and what reaction we got back. Us: 11 Them: squat. Is there any management at all? If these sorts of things dont bother you, enjoy the food. If you like spending your dough with places that appreciate your business, keep looking.

Do NOT, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES get their Pho (vietnamese noodle soup). It was easily the worst tasting Pho Ive ever had in my life. The broth was absolutely flavorless, for some bizarre reason the beef was pre-sliced lunch meat, and the noodles had a pre-packaged stale taste to them. It is my honest opinion that they should remove Pho from the menu. It is startlingly apparent that the person who created the menu has never had real Pho before. The roast beef lunch meat absolutely ruined the dish, and the resulting flavor was disgusting. If youre craving for some Pho, youd be better off just going to Buford Highway. Avoid at all costs.

Will never order from them again. My spring rolls were oozing with GREASE! After waiting an hour for an order that was completely wrong i had to reorder my food and cancel my previous order to get a refund because they wouldnt Grubhub wouldnt come back to pick up my order. AFTER, placing my order again i had to wait an additional 2hrs for fried brown rice because you guys dont make real fried rice, GREASE FILLED spring rolls, cold shrimp, and crab rolls which i am allergic to. Thanks Tin Drum your employees sure do know how to attach the correct receipt to the wrong bags and make sure the food is filled with grease. :) TASTY INDEED

The very first thing I noticed is the cashier at the register. Not a smile, not a hello, and her "greeting" was very unpleasant. I have been there twice and the food comes out very quick. I have to say that, but I asked for spicy and it barely had salt, let alone spice. Adding the spicy sauce from the bottle was the only thing left to do (for this trip). The last trip, I ordered the Japanese something, and the potatoes were barely cooked all the way thru. I could still smell the sauce to be "raw" as it it just barely hit the pan before it was taking out as well. Overall, it left a very taste in my mouth.

Horrible. Ordered Kung Pao Beef, the meat was so tough and hard... they also just killed the dish with sauce, so much sauce, the rice was completely soaked... my friends dish was the complete opposite on the sauce-level. The table was sticky and gross. The floor was covered in crumbs and food droppings. One of the seats had dried crusted food stuck to the chair. We switched tables and the second table was just as sticky and gross. To my amazement the place was crowded and people were taking out orders left and right, so I guess my review wont mean anything as people have resorted to eating garbage!!!

We were recently in the Perimeter area looking at apartments (relocating there for work!) and tried this place for a quick lunch in between visiting properties. LOVED IT!! I had curry noodle dish with chicken and it was really good. We sat out on the little patio area and enjoyed the activity in the circle (cute little shopping center). Cant wait to get the move behind us and get settled so we can try other dishes like the pad thai!

Its a great place to eat. The menu doesnt offer the same ol things you would get at traditional casual dining Asian restaurant, but the dishes are all good! The spicy dishes will have some heat without just being hot and not offering any flavors. The Thai tea is self serve, so you can fix your own cup without the milk. The service and cleanliness of dining room will vary depending on whos working for that shift.
