We recently moved to the Dayton area and love Chinese food more than anything, so we decided to stop in and try it. The cashier guy wouldnt even talk to us for a few minutes or let us know it would be a minute, until we stared at him for a few minutes. He was very confusing on the sizes and portions. My friend ordered a side of lo mein with her meal, and seeing as we never ate there before, we checked the food before leaving when given to us. The small container for the side of lo mein was literally plain lo mein noodles, no sauce or anything. Just boiled noodles. I went up to the cashier and told him there was no sauce put on my friends noodles, and he just shrugged me off and said if we wanted sauce, wed have to pay 10 dollars for the dinner meal portion of lo mein, then tried to move on without another word. I told him that my friend isnt doing to eat plain boiled noodles and he repeated the 10 dollar thing. So we got a refund for the noodles and left. Bad experience, bad customer service. Edit: I was actually so disatisfied when I got home, I decided to update after going home and eating the food. The "fried rice" we got as a side with all our food, had giant clumps of white rice in it, and was literally just the barely fried, no veggies added rice that they refrigerate overnight to use to make fried rice. They gave us the rice they use to make fried rice with. I used to work in a 4 star Chinese place in buttermilk called oriental wok, so Im used to seeing the rice made to make fried rice and that is what we got. Rice used to make fried rice straight out of the warmer. They put a coupon on their menu for a free chicken fried rice side with 2 entree purchases, and we used that, and the difference in the rice, not even just color wise because the 3 they gave us were white and a little yellowish but the chicken one was almost brown, but quality wise was night and day. The chicken fried rice was great. The 3 orders they gave us as sides with our entrees tasted like straight up white rice. The meat, I will say, was very good and cooked nicely. To bad this place is awful, and cuts corners to try and bring food prices down. DO NOT EAT HERE. We spent 40 dollars on our meal and only the meat and the small side of chicken fried rice was edible.

Manager is RUDE and service is TERRIBLE. My wife bought food from these guys, and when she gets home I pick up the bag out of her car and everything falls out from the bottom. What happened was the soup was leaking out during her drive home and the bottom of the bag was soaked. I call to tell the manager what happened and he offered me 2 free soups (Not my entire order). Then he goes on to say that its not his fault and thats all hell do. I politely tell him that it was his fault, because it was transported correctly and there was soup where the bag had been sitting in the car. After that he HANGS UP ON me. Avoid this place if you want good service and a responsible manager.

This place used to be really really really good. Their flavors and spices made mediocre Chinese food awesome. Lately (the past few months) the food has gone wwaaayyyyyy downhill. The food tastes like every other bad Chinese restaurant and they are not as generous with the meat as they used to be. I ordered beef w/broccoli and I swear 3/4 of the stuff was broccoli (and it wasnt even cooked enough). Im not sure if there is a new cook or what, but I probably wont be eating here again until I hear that it has improved.

I have been going here for about 4 years now and I called my order in and this american speaking women answered the phone. I got hung up on twice she never said thank you never said bye. She answered the phone with like she didnt want to be there. In this economy she should be happy to have a job. I know if I had somebody that didnt want to work for me they wouldnt. Then I didnt know how much it was bc she hung up on me. Food is good for the price but have had better in clifton.

I didnt want to put a star on here other than the food really being done in ten minutes other than that no. It definitely was not what I ordered they probably just gave me someones who canceled. The food is in the same container so I had to open every one to see if it was mine. I guess this is acceptable in Kentucky as far as taste. Maybe this was just a mistake on choosing that place but based on the comments it sounded decent. So if you like it more power but me Ill pass.

This chinese place skimps on everything, the Sesame Chicken is awful and it does not even come with brocoli. The wontons have no crab meat in them and they taste like buffet wontons. This is the worste take out I have ever had. I have eaten at nearly everything chinese food resturant in Northern KY, this is the worste. I reccomend Peking in Latonia and House of Tang in Burlington (Which are the best I have had) Food Stinks Service is decent Prices are Medicre

Started coming here in 1998. The food was good then, but has really declined in the past year or so. Also note that their on line menu prices are incorrect and with my last order, I ended up having to pay about $7 more than was listed on the web for my family meal. Not at all apologetic about it. I am not sure if it is a new owner, but when I used to see a gentleman named Harry running the place it was much better!

They are so rude. It says they deliver. When I called and asked to place an order for delivery they said "no" and I said "you guys dont deliver?" They said "no" and he hung up. He didnt even give me the option to say I would just pick it up. The Chinese places in this area have just been the exact opposite of any other places I have ever been too. :( Panda Express is a millions times better and that is so sad!

Excellent quality food! They use high quality meat and other ingredients, not cheap cuts of beef like other places. There is a chinese resturant literally right next door to where I work, but I will drive the 2 miles to Casual China to enjoy their lunch special. The lunch special comes with 3 cheese rangoons rather than the typical egg roll, which is a nice change. Will highly recommend!

I have been eating here since I was a kid and the food is always delicious! Ive never had issues getting things fixed and most of the staff knows my whole family by name and always asks how everyone is doing! The ladies that work in the front are so sweet! I love the Chicken Paad Thai and the Shrimp Portabella!

This is my fast go to restaurant for Asian food. Their menu spans everything from Chinese mainland down to Southeast Asia, mainly Thai and some, I think, Malaysian. While the Chinese dishes might be standard, they do seem to taste better to me. Their Thai dishes are fairly solid, too.
