I was there on 9/12/16 at about 3:15pm. The food was good, but the service was terrible. When we entered the restaurant, a woman was sitting and folding napkins. She made us wait at the counter for about 2 min. Never spoke to us, we had to speak to her. She just directs us to a table and taKes our drink order. While we were eating, she walks by and checks out our plates...never smiles or trys to make conversation. She just had a Nasty Attitude!!! After we had eaten, my husband and kids had gone to the bathroom. I was sitting alone at the table, this same woman came with a broom and started sweeping under my table!!!!I looked at her very strange! I asked her, "So are you the manager or are you the owner?" She gets a little humble then and smiles (1st time)and said, Im the manager, is anything wrong? This type of person will close a business quick!! I dont know if this is a family business or not, but this person doesnt need to be out front with the public. She is Not a people person!!!! I wont be back, Id rather pay more and have better service! !!

NOT SO GRAND. First off, they sat us by the door and every time the door opened, it would state, door open. No menu was given, ordered our drinks and went straight to buffet. I got the last spring roll which had had better days - been there a while. I asked if they could bring more out - said it would be 30 minutes. They never brought any out. All the food I ate did not taste fresh. The only thing I thought was good was the cabbage and the fried rice wasnt bad. The grill may have been a better choice. However, I eyed the raw meat - did not look very fresh and forgot that. There were signs everywhere telling you to not waste food. When I went to the restroom, the sign said, if you continue to waste food, it will cost you 8.99 instead of 4.99. The seat was crooked and the toilet was full - it took me 2 flushes before I would sit down. The buffet was 4.99,, but drinks were 1.90, plus 25 cents for water. I wouldnt go back if it were free. I had to stop the car on the way home because my husband had an emergency restroom need.

The food is decent with a good price. However, I have a problem with the lady that works at the desk. She is rude, and has no respect for her customers. Sometimes she will sit infront of her customers and sort the silverware. Its gets loud and distracting. Whats even more distracting is the door and this voice says "door open!" Its annoying and I cant hear myself talk. This woman charges her customer for water. I have never walked into a restaurant where I had to PAY for WATER. I have spoke with a few of the waitresses and they told me that this woman also steals her waitresses tips and convinces them that she is allowed to. And dont even get me started on the signs that read "Dont eat more than you can eat" all over the the restaurant to the bathroom. This lady needs to be fired and charged with theft because she is a thief and a liar. I will never eat here again as long as she works there.

This place was recently bought out but when I placed an order for delivery I was unaware of this fact. My husband and I have ordered delivery from The Mongolian Grille for years but now with the new orders, we never will again. The guy on the phone was kind of rude but nothing the would make me change my mind about ordering. After an hour our delivery got here and we were both so incredibly disappointment. We ordered the General Tso chicken, chicken and broccoli, and steamed dumplings and EVERYTHING was covered in a layer of oil. Even the dumpling sauce tasted like straight oil. No only was it all oily but the General Tsos chicken was so chewy and tough that we couldnt eat it. Its was disgusting. I guess were now on the look out for a new Chinese restaurant because we will absolutely never go back. Dont waste your money!

This is the worst place there is to eat. They made us chicken fried rice at the Mongolian grill and it was all wet and nasty as hell. Defiantly did not look like chicken fried rice at all and we always eat chicken fried rice. When we complained they argued with us saying thats how they make stir fried rice yuck. I ate so many different fried rice and have never seen anything like the one they made me it was nasty they have little kids workingat the Mongolian grill who dont even know how to cook your food properly. So since we didnt want to eat tg e nasty fried rice they decided to charge us extra for food waste. Disgusting. Some of their desert are also left overs such as the tiramisu it was hard and tasted weird like it was left over. This is not quilty food at all. If you want cheap nasty food God there.

While checking the reviews before we go here for lunch, it looks like most people are reasoning if it is a good value for $5. It is my considered opinion that it takes just as long to do something right as it does to mess it up. Servers are there all day whether they do anything or not yet they will expect you to leave a tip or you are the bad customer. Consider the light switch which is either off or it is on. Likewise, bad service is bad service, dirty is dirty and poor quality is poor quality. I vote they fix it or we should avoid them so they can fail. The customer needs to stop rationalizing how much they are willing to tolerate for a given dollar value. In doing so, a poorly managed business will close and something new can open.

Terrible!!!!!! Felt horrible for the poor child couple booths down where we was sitting. where the manager snatch his drink from him. Refused to appologize refused to go to their table until cops was mentioned. Not to mention they have kids working there. Maybe 11 and 14ish... I think thats agaist the law and should be. The manager all she did was shrug her shoulders the whole time. Poor kid. And poor kids who work there. We was checking before the people who was treated very wrong and turns out and the owner made her poor daughter pay for the boys dinner cause the daughter was trying to make it right.... Terrible terrible place..... Never ever will be back

Food is decent but the customer service is absolute crap. Went to dinner with my boyfriend and the waitness was rude to us the whole time. When it was time for us to leave we went and paid and all i had left on me was $4 because i wasnt due for another paycheck until the following day so i gave her the $4 as a tip and the only thing she had to say on our way out was see ya..with a sarcastic tone in her voice and no eye contact. She was lucky she got a tip at all but to get mad over a $4 tip is just childish. You dont know the first thing about someones financial situation.
