Visited this location last Wednesday around 1145 for lunch with two of my colleagues. The representative behind the counter, male of Asian decent, did not acknowledge us as we entered the establishment. There was only one other customer in the restaurant with several orders on the counter which she seemed to be verifying. We stood there for about 5 minutes and the phone rang and the Representative proceeded to take a phone order. Once the order was complete, he immediately went back to the other customer without one hint of acknowledging we, my colleagues and I, were even standing in the store. There was no eye contact from him. One of my colleagues stated, "So...you are just going to ignore that we are standing here, take a phone order and continue with this other customer." The representative did not make a comment nor make eye contact. The customer he was so enthralled with stated, "We shouldnt be much longer." Blatant disregard for customers is not an establishment where I want to spend my hard money. Please refrain from spending your money here.

Poor customer service. I call to order but I was immediately asked to hold. After holding for 5 minutes, the call was disconnected. Basically, they hung up on me. I immediately called back, but no one answered for 12 consecutive calls. When someone finally answered, immediately I was asked to hold again. This time while holding, I was on hold listening to the person who answered talk about what they were going to do tonight. Finally, she came back and took my order. When I arrived to pick up my order, u was surprised to find only one other customer in the restaurant. Yet, the two counter girls were immersed in a conversation. After waiting patiently for them to finish their conversation, they finally acknowledged my presence. That literally took 4 minutes, just for them to say something to me. No welcome. No nothing. I will probably not patronize this business again. Further, it is my suggestion that everyone avoids this business until they care about their customers.

My experience was HORRIBLE! I will never come back here again! The customer service was beyond disgusting. I came to this location Friday June 24th 2016 around 9:30 pm The young lady that was at the register apparently does NOT like her job! Her customer service was deplorable, she took our food order with no smile while TEXTING ON HER PHONE!!! Wtf they do that at? Jbuffalo Wings on Camp Creek! When our food was ready I asked the young lady for honey mustard . She turned around with a attitude and then tossed the honey mustard on the counter! I said " did you just throw that?" She said " No I placed it". I said to her if you had placed it on the counter it wouldnt be flipped on its side! Her customer alone is the reason why I will never return! The food was fine the service SUCKED! I dont usually do reviews but because I was so disgusted by the cashier I had to!

I usually love getting food from this place. But lately, the last 4 or 5 times I have been there my order has not been quite a good experience. I also think the young lady at thr cash register needs training on customer service. If she doesnt get the training, she needs replacement. The next time I go there, and she is there, Im going to ask the manager or Supervisor to take my order.......How you gonna be a cashier eith a tip jar in front of you, but your customer service skills are worse than simple? My visit today 12/7/16 was just unpleasant.

I ate there on 8/12/2016 a little after 12:00pm and got some of the worst customer service Ive ever gotten. As another reviewer said, the cashier clearly hates her job, so I hope whoevers managing that place does her a favor and lets her go. Aside from the unwarranted rude behavior and attitude, my patronage didnt feel welcome or wanted, so Ill never eat there again.

This location in particular, overcharged me for cucumber sauce for my gyro are you serious? Then proceeded to act as though because the manager was not on site that they were not authorized to refund my money. So following the unnecessary drama, I then went to American Deli, which made it all better.

This place is a joke...half ass preparation these people only cut a third of my fish sandwich and it wasnt even cut all the way thru smh..disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for in this area. They just threw this together like theyre feeding animals...not impressed..wont be back

I come here a lot and the young lady .. I believe her name is daijah as been working there for the longest. She is so sweet, its sad that people catch attitudes with her for no apparent reason when they were the ones being rude. Anyway the wing favor she suggested today was amazing.

Good wings but the regular fried rice taste like they use a microwave. Price definitely isnt worth it either. I ate other j buffalo restaurants and this one is the worst EVER. Other ones give you actual glass plates tvs to watch and these guys have plastic and a ton of flys

Very Nice service. I would visit again. Clean restrooms. Only gave a 4 because ignorant people wrote on bathroom walls and they havent covered the grafetti yet. Noticeable but not the biggest issue. I say go!

This particular one has the best phillys(chicken and steak). Their braised and hot wings are also pretty good but make sure you ask to "make it wet"

To me J Buffalo Wings are better than American Deli. The wings just taste much fresher. They dont have that frozen before deep fried taste.
