In this restaurant you can not eat what you want, I have to live a very ugly experience because since I arrived I was told that if I ate a lot of shrimp I would charge the two buffets the truth I could not restrain and I complain because supposed mind is a buffet . In my opinion they were racist because I do not think they pass it by telling all their consumers that they will be charged more if they eat a lot of seafood ... never good to step on this place ... I do not deserve any stars I put one because I could not put any comment

My wife and I just moved and I found the phone number to this place that I assumed did take out. I called, ‘placed’ my order and showed up around 10 minutes later to pick it up. So, I walk in and tell the front desk person that I placed 2 orders of Gen. Tsao’s chicken. She hands me a ‘to-go’ box…I then asked her if they do take out and she looks at me and walks away. I just stood there a minute stunned that a person on the phone took my order when they don’t even do take out. They wanted to charge $24.95, I GUESS for me to fill up my box from the buffet…the place overall was dark and didn’t appear to be very clean. If we walked in there for a meal, we probably would have walked right out. Oh, and to top it off, they didn’t have any Gen. Tsao’s for the buffet which the lady on the phone said they have. That’s my first and last time in there!

Probably the worst asian buffet Ive been to. Almost everything on the line looked old. Some things I tried include the crab rangoon which i think was just watery minced crab meat and no cheese, stuffed mushrooms with pork which had dry oily cheese on top, and the mashed potatoes which i had attempted to scoop through the dry part on top but decided not too. The egg drop soup had a thick film on the sides with a hole in the middle, looking like it was so old it had formed the top film and then simmered down to a thick jello like substance and the top film got stuck on the sides on the way down. The green onions were not in an ice bath, and Im assuming thats why the bottom portion of the container had begun to turn. Overall I think this place should be shut down, and I hope the noodles I filled up on dont make me sick tonight.

Sunday at noon, cold buffet. Our waiter was not helpful, argued when we wanted to order crab legs (we understand paying extra, just bring legs!) wasnt attentive. I ordered coffee and cream, no cream, half way through my coffee he offers me cream. Asked for to-go box for one claw we didnt eat, that we ordered separate from our buffet and both server and manager wanted to argue! They both wanted to show me the sign stating we cant take home buffet, of course we paid extra bc the legs werent on the buffet. Frustrating, poor service mediocre food during peak time.

This place is absolute garbage. We just left after 25 minutes of no service while being the only two customers in the entire restaurant at dinner time, minus their family, wrong drink order with little to no food. Food looked like it had been sitting out since the afternoon lunch. Then the waitress had the audacity to ask us to pay for it all after being absent for so long. I always wondered why this place never had cars in front of it, and now I know.

There were no positives about my experience. It really deserves 0 stars. The staff were unfriendly, and I had to wait 10 minutes just to get a water. The food was awful, after trying some of the hot bar, I decided just to stick with hot and sour soup. Ive never met a bowl of hot and sour soup I didnt like, until the Happy Dragon. I ate there for lunch and had a terrible stomach ache the night after, and felt like crap the next day. Dont do it.

My family dines here for many special occasions, right from when it opened back in 2000. The egg drop soup is the best in town, and the service is usually great. The only time it hasnt been great is when the place is swamped. As a fellow food service industry worker, I understand that you can only do your best in such situations. I just dined here for the first time in a couple of years, and the food is still good. I strongly recommend it

I went around 7pm on a Wednesday. The selection was pretty poor. The majority of the food trays were pretty bare. My expectations were pretty low but I still wouldnt recommend this place. I may have just come at a bad time. The waitress was overly attentive; prob cause I was one of about four tables being worked. Because I know you care, no eye candy.

The place has gone down hill from when it replaced the New Orleans House. It has been a number of years since I was last there and the food isnt that great. For my family it isnt a do over. The sushi looked like it had been there for days. The sauce inside one roll had soaked into the rice. Needless to say I didnt partake of the sushi.

The food looks like its 3 days old and warmed up in a microwave, tastes like it too. The staff couldnt even figure out what I meant by asking for a green tea! After talking to like 4 people that didnt speak English they brought me regular tea... The place doesnt look that clean either. Sorry, but please go somewhere else.

Chinese buffet system. Was it was carried out in other states, but there were no alcoholic beverages. But, this store of Lexington is because there was a beer-wine, this is evaluated in a happy miscalculation. Since the buffet, and I do not eat only favorite things. Its favorite thing was delicious

The quality of this place has severely gone down since I was last here about a year ago. As always the desserts were pretty but tasted totally bland. I used to go here because it was the only place that offered pepper chicken and it was awesome, this time it was tough and offputting. I would not cone back anymore.
