Bizarre place. One woman, who I think owns the place, worked by herself. I took my gf here for lunch a few weeks ago, based on many positive reviews. There were two meats (not labeled, so I had no idea what they were) that were almost empty...lots of fat in each tray, and neither was refilled over the 30 mins we spent here. They have no soda, so water was our only option. The side items were sparse- not much to choose from, also nothing was labeled here either, so I had no idea what anything was...worse- the side items were in a section that had no lights, so not only did I have no clue what any of it was- I could not see any of it to try to make out what it could have been. We kept waiting for someone to refill the meats- the two were actually pretty good, what you could find that wasnt filled with fat (much of what was left was inedible). This was 1230pm...so were not talking about a crazy time to visit a lunch buffet. We waited forever, trying our best to clearly show we were finished for the woman to bring the check. Literally 10-15 mins we waited for her to come over. My gf would have liked more water, but that was too much trouble as well, it would seem. First time Ive ever eaten dinner and not left a tip. I left zero. The price for each buffet was $11 something plus tax. Psid like $24 for two of us. Insane price for a lunch buffet with maybe 6 items in total. I felt so ripped off by that, especially based on the options, service, etc. that there was no way I was paying a tip. I left just feeling very annoyed. DO NOT be fooled by the pictures here of the buffet. The pics that show a bunch of stuff- thats the dinner buffet. I think that buffet is $29 per person. The lunch buffet has literally two meats. Its odd, because ordering outside the buffet (I assume its not available during lunch hours...as she never gave us a menu or asked what we wanted- plus the tables with the open flames/pots were all dark, no one sitting at any of them)...looks pretty good from the pictures. Looks like you get a lot of food with numerous options. That is not the case for the lunch buffet...unless we went on the worst day ever and somehow every other day they offer 5 times as many menu items. Will never ever go back. Not sure how this place has high ratings on google and yelp. Beyond confusing. Do not recommend at all.

This is the first time Ive ever had Korean bbq, I straight up told them that. They helped us work the grills, explained all the dishes (which were hella good) and they checked in on us. The seasoning is all fantastic. We got the 50$ grill items, I personally suck at cooking squid (cooks really fast) but even after overcooking it was good. LOVED THE BEEF AND PORK, OMG! SO GOOD. However the chicken has this weird texture and tastes weird. It wasnt bad, it was just.. wrong. We didnt finish that. The menu says it feeds two, I disagree, with the rice and sides, it could very well feed 3-4. Lunch hours I find it to be reasonably priced, like any other sit down restaurant. And they have a buffet. Once its dinner hours, the buffet is pricey. The grill at all times is roughly 40$. They require 2 $17 items to be ordered if you use the table grill. Lemme tell ya, best know at least a little bit about cooking if youre going to use the grill. But the taste is heavenly. The other menu items are about 8-10$ but give you a lot of food. See attached for dinner menu and our food we ordered. Also to address dudes negative review. I too had No idea what was given to me, so I asked. If you dont know what it is. Ask. They will explain it, happily. As for meats, if its dark dark brown, its beef. If its red in color, its pork. If its light tan or pinkish, thats chicken. Most Asian places do not label their meats prolly because they are distinctive by color when raw. They also do have soda, we order coke. Also you let them know when they seat you, do you want buffet? A menu? Or grill? Just let them know. Lastly, they have a sign up but when youre done with your food, you either 1. Let them know or 2. Go to the counter and ask for your check, pay there. Peeps, use that beautiful voice I know you have. Ask questions if you have them.

Everyone has their opinion about something, we all human and have different tastes. When it comes to Korean food i have to say Arirang Garden is amazing. Of course as any other business there will be ups and downs, cant concentrate on little things( as long as they are little I guess). I have gone to many different Korean restaurants, that includes different states (NY, IL, OH). I am sure there are people who had way more experience then me with Korean food, but i have been cooking and trying different things when opportunity comes my way. This restaurant is definitely #1 stop for my family and friends. Everytime we have gone, service was excellent, food was great, prices are absolutely average for Korean place. Of course we had where they were really busy and tried cooking food fast, in the end we ended up getting our appetizer little under-cooked, but it wasnt a big deal. One other thing i like about them is if you interested about how Koreans eat specific dish that for example you ordered, they will gladly tell you. Its a little place but they make you feel comfortable. Cant wait to go back. Keep up the great job.

The food is good. The service is not. The tables beside the windows are exposed to sun light even when shades are down, and when we asked to change table the waitress was not happy about it even though she did not serve food yet. The waitress refilled my water cup with warm water no ice, I tried to ask for some ice but she was very busy. Our first order came wrong and had to switch it. And at the end if this visit the waitress added about $11 gratity fees for counting my nine months old as an adult, I tried to call and ask and have been told that an infant is a person and he will be counted, I have been to this place before and we always went in group of five and never had to pay this extra fees. . It did not make sense to me to pay this extra fees for an infant.

Hard to find a Korean lunch buffet in town, so we have to come here whenever missing the real Korean food. Dinner is charged too much, so most time we chose lunch buffet. It doesnt mean lunch buffet is in a good price. For $9.99 for 3-4 main courses, it is a little too high. Unfortunately, the taste is getting sweet and sweeter because they hire Mexican people to cook the food in kitchen. They just put too much sugar! Too bad the lunch waitress is always carry a poker face! If any authentic Korean restaurant open in the town, definitely can beat up this one!

The food here is so amazing. I love coming here to enjoy dinner or lunch with friends and family. The prices are so reasonable and the staff is so friendly and nice. But really sold me on this place is the owner. She is so warm and welcoming. She takes her time to make amazing food for customers and she comes up to your table to greet you and make sure that you are enjoying your experience and your meal. If you are needing looking for a nice authentic experience this place is for you. 감사합니다 for the amazing food and awesome experience!!!!!!!
