On 3 separate occasions I have tried to call in to go orders. Twice there was never an answer and once they told me "were too busy" and hung up on me. I tried again tonight and I called three times, once while in the parking lot and no one answered. I walked in and there was only 1 table and three people at the counter and three serve staff and one cook. One of the servers was sitting at the counter on her phone. I placed my Togo order and got a cup of coffee. The coffee cup was dirty (had smudges on the side) but I just wiped it off. I waited only 15 minutes for my food and the food tastes great. I was not offered a refill on my coffee. The food is fine but the service is atrocious. If this wasnt the only 24 hr place in town, I wouldnt ever go back.

The Staff were Nasty. All but one were outside when we came in and when they did come in I did not see any of them wash their hands and one of them were smoking. Terrible!! I actually just about got right up and left because she came in and went straight and grabbed napkins and forks and never washed her hands. My wife ordered chocolate chip pancakes and the lady forgot so she took it back and put cold chocolate chips on top and brought it right back! Somebody from higher up needs to set it straight! It is 11:09 P.M. 8-19-17

I tried to call in an order, by asking "Could I please place an order for carry out?" And was responded to with "I guess" in a very rude tone. I began to place my order, and the young girl on the other end kept speaking to others during the conversation, and asking me what I meant when I specified how I wanted my eggs cooked. I dont know if shes new, but even that does NOT excuse her tone or choice of words. Will not be eating from this location again.

Had to wait till we got our food to get our drinks. Hash browwns over cooked. Not the best we have had.the night shift is mean and there was a girl who took are order she was high on something if yall cant get better people who are clean from drugs and are friendly to customers Ill call some that can help clean up the one in Lagrange Ky thanks

The tables were dirty. The waitress wiped the table. Never wiped the seats and left the table wet. We had to dry the table before we could sit. The floors were dirty. The service was very slow we waited 25 mins to eat. There was only 6 people in the restaurant. We had to ask for silverware. Will not eat here again.

Great for a waffle House. Kind wait staff and a good place to stop on the road. It is super cheap diner food, if you have never been. I have found as I get older the food doesnt always agree with me but if you can still handle the level of grease that Waffle House has it is an awesome middle of the night stop.

The place was packed on the Saturday morning I was here, so the service was understandably a little slow. The staff were very nice to each other and the patrons. So I didnt mind the wait. We did have to wait about 5 minutes for my family of 4 to find a seat. Over all good experience

I called twice on 5/18/17 At 4:20 am on the way to work and didnt get an answer. When I pulled in the cook got out of her van in the parking lot and dragged her feet back inside where I was told that the phone is broken and that she had to clean the grill before cooking my order.

Very slow cause of short staff! Waited 15 mins on table the 35 mins to even get a drink and another 10-15 mins before they even took my order! However good food was really good other than over cooked waffle, when I finally got it!!

A poorly run location. Dirty kitchen. It was really gross - even for a Waffle House. I dont expect it to be a Ruths Chris Steakhouse, but please endeavor to meet basic standards of decency and cleanliness. Will not be back.

The food was very good. My server wasnt very polite or attentive but another server noticed and took care of me. The restaurant itself was kind of dirty and overcrowded. The bathrooms were pretty terrible.

Awful, the main waitress had to keep stopping to get the new boys orders right. We had cold apple pie cause it was going to take at lest 20 minutes just to warm it, the cook was so far behind.
