Me and my boyfriend had dinner here one night. We came at a very busy time but were seated very quickly. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful, I believe her name was Ella. She apologized for the wait (even though it wasnt that long). The food was great (I had the catfish dinner and he got the chicken and dumplings dinner). Also, I recommend the raspberry lemonade and checking out the neat things in the gift shop. The only inconvenience was that they accidentally charged us $10 extra but immediately refunded it. We will be coming back again soon.

After eating at this restaurant I felt like I was having an allergic reaction to something. I ordered the pancakes with a side of sausage. The sausage was rubbery and had a fake smoked taste added to it. My pancakes were rubbery and hard to cut. The one thing I did enjoy was the orange juice because it almost tasted like fresh squeezed oranges. Our waitress was very hospitable, but there must be something wrong in the kitchen. Dine at your own risk!

They charged me 3 times for, 2 little bitty bowls of gravy. I eat here VERY often and NEVER get charged for adding gravy to my biscuits. Now a new dumbass has decided that a one time collection of $4.89 for some extra gravy is more important than keeping a regular customer. THIS IS PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hope this location goes bankrupt over this kind of crap.

Ive been going to Cracker Barrel since the time when the only one in Kentucky was in Corbin. I always loved it, but quality has really gone down lately. Orders arent prepared as requested, scrambled eggs are over cooked (always) and the grits are just a watery mess. Sad to see the quality suffer as it has.

Been to Cracker Barrel all my life and its been great as a southern hone-style cooking restaurant and store. However, the waiting time can be pretty awful with the younger waiters and waitresses. Sometimes order instructions arent followed. In general, its location of restaurant, not the corporation.

I have always loved cracker barrel but the La Grange, KY location is a very poor representation of this successful family food chain. Some visits are better than others but it is consistently lacking in one area or another. The lack of sit down restaurants in the area keeps this place going.

Always packed and the staff is always friendly. I dont think I have ever gotten my order wrong here. I used to work here when I was younger and know they work really hard to put customers first. Food is your average Cracker Barrel food which I love but is the same at every Cracker Barrel.

Stopped for lunch with my elderly parents. What a jewel you have in Rebecca Oldham! She went above and beyond in dealing with my very persnickty mother and what is usually an ordeal and unpleasant experience with eating out, she made much easier. Good job. :)

Ordered a well-done burger came out twice raw. Gave up. Ordered eggs over medium came out rock hard and rubber. The amount of time it took them to recook my eggs, my gravy, hash brown casserole and bacon was cold. Worst Cracker Barrel experience ever!!!

Slower than other cracker barrels. Ask about biscuits with our meal, waitress was a little short. Said someone would bring out hot ones when done. 5 minutes later I ask another waitress and she brought them righr out.

Excellent as usual. We had more healthy choice meals than usual and they were good. Atmosphere was quieter than in some locations, and it was a little brighter by the window than some locations which I enjoyed.

Great "down home" and in an extremely timely manner. This is a great place to come and dine in or call in and carry out. Either way youll be waiting around 10 minutes. I love the fire in the winter.
