Most every dairy Queen I have been to have taken a significant amount of time to fill orders. With that being said they usually have good quality food aside from the elkton location. The staff is poorly trained in the preparation of the food and customer service. The last time me and my family had dinner there I tried to contact the DM. When she finally answered her personal cell phone that I was provided by the (very rude) manager, she informed me that she was in the hospital with her terminal mother. I felt horrible for her but also appalled at the lack of perfessional handling of the situation. I never got a resolution of this unfortunate even and will have to chalk it up to a loss...

I liked the people the decor gave you a homely feel. What I really didnt like that I ordered some chicken wraps and they were folded like mini burritos, whats up with that?

Good place most of the time but check your order if going thru drive thru they tend to forget items sometimes....
