This is the WORST store in the chain! I havent ordered from here in several months and I actually LOVE Pizza Hut food. The problem is this store never makes a pizza then even remotely tastes like it should! I dont know how you mess up a pizza when all the ingredients are delivered from the chain including the crust. The ovens are even specific to Pizza Hut too, but when you order from here the the food is nasty! Mostly burnt or missing toppings and the food just doesnt taste right. Ive eaten at other stores in the chain and its been awesome. I hope a new Pizza Hut comes to town or maybe a Dominos!

Ordered a pizza and was told 20 min. I got there late and still waited 45 min in the store. And after asking them how long they said they lost my order!! Upon request of my money back they gave my a hugs attitude and presumed I had a problem!! Absolute joke of a place will NEVER do business with them again!! Ill drive out of my way to Black Mountain Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut in Fairview seriously needs to re-evaluate how they do business!! Worst customer service I have ever had!! Would give negative stars but it wont let me.

Ordered a P-Zone. When I got there it was so burnt and black they had to make another for me so I left and came back ten minutes later..... Came back and the new one looked good but got home with it and the dough wasnt cooked all the way and the cheese wasnt even melted. Had to put it in the oven and finish cooking it. I dont eat at Pizza Hut often, but after today I may not go back.

Called once to ask about their buffet. Was told it was only available on Mondays. Showed up on Monday and no buffet. Asked there and was snapped at by a manager, "I dont think we do buffet at night." Just moved to Fairview and was excited about the very convenient Pizza Hut and now I will never patronise them just due to the poor service and rude management.

Never had a bad experience here and because of our schedules, we eat out a lot. Took the whole family for the buffet not too long ago and had great service. Ran out of pizza faster than I wouldve liked. When youve got people taking 7-8 pieces at a time, Im sure its hard to keep up. Have always been friendly and orders have always been correct.

Ordered meat lovers extra olives. Garlic bread with Xtra sauce. Pizza showed up cold. Had the olives but forgot the meat, all of the meat. It was an olive pizza. Forgot all of the sauce for the breadsticks. An hour and 45 minutes later from my original order time my correct order showed. Id give it a zero if I could.

This place should not even be here ! They have stolen money from me by giving me cheaper pizzas then what I ask and not crediting my account at all! I want my free freaking pizza but no. I would never call them you all should just go to the Dickson Pizza Hut because they are aweful people. They need new management!!

Anytime i order its wrong. Its almost as if they only hire people who cant read including management. If pizza hut is reading this, Ill run your store for you and fire any staff that cant handle such an easy task. Surprised its still open. Best of luck, youre going to need it at this location.

Ordered my two pizzas and they were actually ready on time, and they were really good! I am impressed! Last time we got pizza it was horrible and late. Glad to see the new management better then the last managers! Very satisfied with Pizza Hut! Way to go!

One hour and 30 mins later. Im stilling waiting on my medium pepperoni pizza and 8 wings. And itll probably come cold and burnt like usual. UPDATE: It finally came... Room temperature. Soggy wings and cold pizza. Yum.......
