Ive dined at this establishment several times since it opened and have been pleased with my service and the food quality until my last experience. My fiance and I recently stopped by on a slow Friday morning and had the worst experience. The waitress was extremely rude and inattentive. She made the experience seem like we were some kind of inconvenience to her. We ordered food and after eating a few bites I noticed two hairs in my food. Im bald so I know the two long black hairs were not mine. Im not the kind of person to make a big deal about it, but the server made it seem like I was trying to get a free meal or something. She did not apologize or even offer to get me another meal. She would not say a word to us for the rest of our dining experience and left a sour taste in my mouth. This is my first review Ive written done solely for the purpose of the management to see and possibly address the customer service their employees show their paying customers. I hope no one else has this same experience.

Ive loved everything I have tried on the menu. My favorite is the cream cheese salmon bagels. I believe its family owned and I have amazing time on every visit. I see a grumpy man is complaining about cold coffee which isnt possible unless you want it boiling. The only option is to microwave lol . I know they would never serve that plus it comes out of a coffee dispenser. I guess you cant satisfy everyone. My family and I will continue to visit the best breakfast place in Wichita . The quality of the food is insane and all you can gripe about is cold coffee. Makes me sick. Great job guys love your establishment

Service was fine, blueberry pancakes were about 10" across and had maybe 7 individual blueberries per giant blueberry pancake. They charge an extra dollar for a small handful of thawed-from-frozen blueberries. Also the scrambled eggs were overcooked. My friend got the Eggs Benedict and the Canadian Bacon in his dish was about the thickness of deli ham, when other restaurants are more generous with their ham portion. The pancakes were good but honestly this wasnt my favorite place. Theres a ton of great places to eat breakfast in the city, this place is just okay.

I had been here a year ago and it was good and clean. This time it was not. I visited during lunch at 12:30. There was not many customers. Tables were dirty. There was gnats flying all around. Waitress took forever to get to our table and then it took 30mins to get our 2 waffles and a pancake. Other peoples food was setting on the counter waiting to be served but waitress was on her phone. Bathrooms were a mess with no toilet paper in either stall. Will not come here again.

Pros: The service was good. Waffles and bacon and potatos were all good. Presentation was excellent. Atmosphere was nice. Cons: Eggs Benedict were more runny that normal and the flavor was a little strange. This may be perfectly normal for a Spanish type breakfast place, but not what I am use to. So not saying not to try it, just expect it to be a little different than most Eggs Benedict.

Went there with my sister my kids and my dad. It took forever for our orders to be taken was given Dr Pepper in a bottle, took forever to get our food. The light skinned lady was our server and never once did she come to out table to ask if everything was okay. I personally think other people get treated better. Would never ever go back ever.

It was a nearly empty restrauant at 8am on a Sunday. I ordered coffee 3 times in the 15 minutes I waited including upon being seated. The waitress even came back to get my food order again wo coffee before I got frustrated and walked out. I walked to the Beacon and had my food in front of me in less than 15 min

Great food ! Easy to read, non confusing menu, well-balanced menu selection, great service (Reyna) One thing Egg Cetera could improve is the inside dining area ventilation. It could use better air circulation (our clothes still smell of fried potatoes and kitchen exhaust) Overall Great Place.

The chorizo was fantastic and I love the dimmed lights and high ceiling. A couple tables near us ordered gigantic burritos and they looked beautiful. Friendly staff and decent prices! The seating is just a little cramped but its adorably cozy.

If you are in old town and looking for a great breakfast or brunch after a fun night with friends dont pass this place up great service and wonderful food. If you have to wait like I did, do it. I will say it is worth it!

Decent breakfast/brunch location. Nothing spectacular, just regular egg dish options. Fruit cup was very lacking (only canned pineapple and some loose grapes??)

Quality seems to be suffering. We have lived in oldtown for years and would frequent this place. The last few times weve gone, the quality of food was sub-par.

Cold coffee. Asked for hot, got more cold. Then got microwaved coffee. Food was not spectacular. Service was abysmal.

The eggs Benedict were delicious! And the potatoes were crispy and smooth, just the way house potatoes should be.
