HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! I went today to this restaurant because I have heard great things about it from friends. But I can honestly say the food was good, but the sour experience that I had with the manager John overshadowed the taste and ruined my whole sunday afternoon. Not only did I go with great expectations but it was also to celebrate the birthday of a friend of the family. I have never been so DISRESPECTED by a MANAGER ever in my life. He was disrespectful to me and screamed at different members of our party and even his own employees. I DONT BELIEVE THAT SOMEONE IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY SHOULD EVER HAVE SUCH A DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE TOWARDS PAYING CUSTOMERS, LET ALONE THE MANAGER WHO IS THE FACE OF THE ESTABLISHMENT. Im sorry to say but I will not be coming back to this establishment.

The food is generally very good but the service is sub-par. Today I heard an employee talking about my party (didnt think I could hear here I guess). Apparently this employee didnt like the amount of time we spent at our time (which was about an hour for 5 people), and she was expressing this to the lady who asked if we were finished. Even though the lady that asked us if we were finished was a bit rude, we politely and quickly got up from the table so she could have it. No pei-Wei employee ever approached us to ask us to move and was taken back to hear an employee complaining so blatantly to a customer about another customer, especially when we were nothing but polite and accommodating to the lady asking for our table.

This restaurant was really clean. The staff provided good service. The food looked really good and tasted even better. I had the small order of Kung Pow chicken with brown rice. This dish is good sized for lunch. The chicken was excellent and the snow peas used were fresh and tasted amazing. I would give this location a rating of 4.5 stars.

Pei Wei is one of the best chain Asian restaurants you can find. Plus something Ive noticed is that theres always a slight taste from whatever oils they use for each meal but if you are one of the first to get there during the day the food doesnt have that taste and tastes the freshest.

Said they would close at 10:15pm on a Friday and we tin to order food at 10:00 and they said they couldnt take anymore orders. Also all the guys in there are huge perverts! Wont be going back. Ill take my business elsewhere thats for sure.

Great and fresh. The spring rolls are delicious. you usually have to wait in line, but not for very long. I love the spring rolls especially, but everything else is very good too. lots of families with children and the place is very popular.

Pei Wei is the best chain Asian food in Norman bar none. With their friendly staff, and willingness to overlook your use of chopsticks and tiny wooden lightsabers, you are bound to have an enjoyable experience. Five out of five.

Great food and atmosphere! Sometimes I like to sit at the bar and watch the cooks; fascinating! The menu is a little different, but the cashier will help you some with ordering. The smells of the food will pull you inside.

Rice was cold. No place to come back. Asked for food without Soya sauce. Afterwards we found out that Tofu had soya sauce on it which caused an allergic reaction at home. Never again in this restaurant.

Always great food, and always a terrific staff and clean environment. If they could just get the sauces right on to go orders I would give 5 stars. WIll always go back for more. Great food!!!!

I had the Thai coconut curry which is supposed to be one of their "Signature" dishes. It was incredibly bland. The rice literally had more flavor than the curry. Not much for $8.25.

Everytime I want Pei Wei this location is either closed completely or closing early. Obvious poor management ruins not only sales but also the name of Pei Wei as a chain restaurant.
