Ordered last night at 730. Had no idea they didnt deliever that late. But i didnt even get a courtesy call to inform me that the 25 dollar meal i had already paid for wasnt coming at all. Paid through the goodcent app. So while my app tells me id recieve my sandwiches at 8, apparently they werent coming at all. So wife and i both called up there a number of times between 815 to 9 not one answer. Online says you close at 9, so why wasnt my call at least answered to tell me you were closed. Now im out 25 dollars and still no sandwiches. Not to mention i drove up to the store i ordered my delivery from. It was 850 and all the lights turned off and the guy, whom i made eye contact with was locking the doors and leaving. Worst experince i have ever had in food service, ive managed a few myself, and ive got to tell you, i would have fired my entire staff last night had i heard about this complete bullshit. I want my money refunded and my sandwhiches simply for the disrespect this store has to their customers. Unbelievably ridiculous.

Was just in there tonight and ordered 8 & 16 one was supposed to be toasted with bacon same sandwich ive ordered for years from this location first of all ot took nearly 15 min with one other person in line secondly the veggies were so small and the cucumbers you could actually see thru unbelievable now its been a few months since ive been but wont be back o havent even mentioned the staff or supervisor all they want to do is yell back and forth across the store and complain when the delivery that they just made was wrong and the customer calls back completely unprofessional i dont know who hired the staff including supervisor but they should be evaluated also i wont be back there or at your new location across the street my visit was at 8:00 on march 10 2017

I was reluctant to go here because they just opened a new location across the street from their old one and it was well advertised and it was a Saturday night. Instead, it was pretty empty. The store was clean and the sandwich was good. The service was good too. There was plenty of parking. You can see out to 21st street from the front seats which isnt very interesting. The building sits back from the street and the employee things it was a chiropractors office in the past. When I want a sub like sandwich, I will go to here or Jimmy Johns nearby.

It makes me sad that you wont deliver before 5 which means i wouldnt get my sub till 5:30 sorry not everyone has a car and can just come on down to get a sandwich. Maybe you should put your delivery times online so people like me know when to order from somewhere else... by the way when you deliver from 5 - 7 you wont get as much business i called at 7:20 the other day to place an order and i was told that your delivery deiver was on their last delivery... not impressed. Maybe ill stick with Jimmy Johns.

Did like this place for the longest time until our experience tonight. Ordered online for delivery and when delivery time came and went we called to see if it had at least went out. Person on phone says that they didnt see our order and that there were 2 orders that came in after ours so it would be another 45 minutes. Not happy, not happy at all. Its going to be a very very long time before we even think about going back to this company.

Went to good cents the other day. Didnt expect much from the staff considering it was just a sandwich shop, but I was still very dissappointed. Staff was yelling across the room at each other and it took us 15 minutes to get 5 sandwiches through the line. Ive worked at a sandwich place before and thats a little ridiculous. Good food, but just order for delivery. Going in will just upset you.

When you order online you expect your sandwich to be done when you ask it to be. If its late once or twice, fine whatever. But our sandwiches have continuously been late and being a student we have very little time to eat. The manager is not a pleasant person and she will argue with you when you try to ask about why its always late. The food is good though so 2 stars instead of one.

The staff here are great. They know my sandwich when I walk in and I get a lot of food for a fair price. I prefer the footlong size sandwich and they have that option like Subway. I think Tricia is the name of the manager here and is a very sweet young lady. Does a great job and is very polite.

Took three people to finally get my cheese mix sandwich made correct. And I had to get snippy about the fact I have an allergy to mayo and mustard before the guy changed gloves and wiped off the counter and knives. Service is generally better than this.

Nothing. For starters, uniforms. One employee had a hat, one no hat, one visor on upside down. Employees eating in the kitchen. store was absolutely dirty. I will not be going back. Which is a shame because I really like Mr. Goodcents.
