I shop at this Kroger location very often. Ive not encountered to many problems. However, I try to shop in the morning because any time after 3pm on a weekday is awful. There are hardly any parking spots or shopping carts. On the weekend if you cant get there before noon dont even try, its like a mini Walmart, simply too full. One thing I would work on is cleanliness around the store and in the parking lot. Also, better guidance in self checkout. Customers tend to argue because there is no one around to guide people on which line is which and if there is even a line at all. Ive seen this first hand and have been skipped plenty of times. Other than that nothing major has happened that would make me stop coming to this location.

The cashiers are rude theyre not polite theres these ladies that work there that are always in a bad mood dont know why but if you dont like your job why are you working there give good customer service thats all we ask! Theres also Young cashiers that are also really rude have an attitude all the time and I also hate that they dont let you use your coupons there Im not in extreme couponing but I used the limit which they said it was 4 but now theyre dropping it down to one they should just get everything cleared up so we could understand how we could shop there.. by the way the store manager is really nice shes a lady and she always greets you every time she sees you pass by I give her 5

Again, the location is a plus!!! the store is to crowded, registers are not enough never, when I talk about crowded, is not only with people, the store is to crowded period. Isles are to crowded, hard to find products, just the layout of the store is wrong, they need to redesign the store, again Kroger stores are a quality place to work, unfortunately, and Im not sure but maybe the ownership is different to the ones that are a plus stores, maybe this location is to old, yes, but still need to redesign, to keep attacking people, stores bring people with sales, but also on how they look.

Wife went shopping today. 20 minutes later she was back. Almost everything in the store that wasnt frozen was either expired or had to be eaten within 3 days. Weve been shopping less and less at this location because this has been getting worse. We put up with the crappy checkouts. We always end up having to bagging our own groceries, when the baggers go run and hide. Cashiers always looking around asking were my bagger go? Weve grown up in this area since kids and Kroger was a big part of our childhood. Maybe its time to grow up and move on.

I only wanted to purchase salmon filets. the lady at the counter of the seafood section was on the phone and completely ignored me. she proceeded to go to the section right beside seafood and scan things, still ignoring me. another customer must have seen me waiting for a while and suggested I ring the bell. I did. the lady was right beside me still ignoring me. she could have found an employee in seafood to help me or at least tell me Noone was there. I waited for a while longer before deciding to leave.

Very poor checkout service. Just two full checkouts open at 5pm both registers were tied up with customers waited ten mins. They still did not call for back up cashiers. Had to ask for more cashiers. I do not go to self checkout since in dont get a discount for checking my purchases. This store will not see my business again spend close to one thousand a month with gro. And pharm. Poor Kroger training there help. I hardly see the mgr. Of this store and I am in (was) in there often. GOOD BYE.

Since I shop here all the time, the employees know me and my family. They are always helpful and friendly. Make sure you have a rewards card for discounts. They will also mail coupon to you. If you have the 123 Rewards card you will earn cash back every so often. With your rewards card you also earn fuel points. This is important because you can take up to $1 off per gallon depending upon how many fuel points you have. They add up fast.

I would call this my neighborhood store stretched too thin. It is awkward to get in, not much room to move at the front of the store and a lot going on in limited space. The building is old and the company is doing as much as they can in this building. The employees are friendly and helpful. I find it clean enough and maintained adequately. I do find myself avoiding going there because it is crowded but I am able to get what I need.

Always have to use self check as it is the only lanes open. I have asked for someone to check me out as I have a disabled cart full and have been told no more then once. Also their disable carts are not always charged so I can not shop. Very poor customer service at thus location.

I hate this Kroger. It is filthy dirty, the parking lot is really bad. All of the carts need new wheels. The lighting in the parking lot was off this past weekend, so it was really dark and probably not very safe. It needs a good cleaning, new carts, and better lights.

I had never had a problem at Kroger until I bought a ribeye stake it was a bad cut of meat and one of the manager Bruce.. ...gave me a very hard time Ill never buy meat there aging .I spend a lot of money at this location .........very disappointed......

Dirty rough parking lot outside. Storefront is dirty looking. Entrance into the store is confusing. Once inside you dont know which way to go because of the floral and pharmacy are blocking most of the view into the store. Once youre inside its okay

The honest best part about this store is the Pharmacy. Friendly they never meet a face they cant remember. They are so polite and will stop and listen answer questions Antoinette and Craig are wonderful Pharmacists.

Close to home and their is a lady that works in the self check out lanes. She is always nice to my wife and my son. Great customer service from her all the time.
