We have been to The Willows a couple of times, every time we have left not overly impressed but not disappointed. The last time we visited was a different story. My husband and I both ordered the prime rib. When the arrived (over an HOUR after we ordered), they looked delicious. The cut was wonderful, however, the flavor was nonexistent. It was quality that I would expect at a buffet, not at a "nice" restaurant. The twice-baked potato was horrible, it tasted like it was 90% sour cream and not much else. The vegetable was canned green beans. Our friend who was dining with us ordered chicken, part of it was under-cooked. All of this could be given the benefit of the doubt.... except, after spending almost $100, my husband and I called back after leaving just to let them know we were disappointed (we didnt want anything, just for them to do better). The manager was combative and told my husband this must not be the case as she has never heard any of this before. Then had an excuse for everything. That really turned us off from ever returning.

Stopped in this restaurant on 3/16 /2017 at about 7:44pm. Walked in and the bar tender looked at us as if they were closed! Then we ordered our food, I ordered the special open face prime rib with a side salad and a red beer, My buddy ordered a Swiss burger with onion rings and a beer. My side salad existed of a boul of lettuce and one cherry tomatoe and (No crakers) . My prime rib( the meat) was wonderful, but it was served on a half piece of bread ,it came with mashed potatoes, (about the size of one scoop of ice cream scooper. The waitress showed up at our table three times during our visit. And my bill was $14.89. Now lets talk about my buddys plate, burger was a big problem, it had no gravy on it and was dry as a bone that laid in the dessert for a year and tasted as if it was pure charcoal. (Manager did compensate him) Thank you!And his bill was $15.49. Needless to say we are two truck drivers who will never be back!!!!!!

This is the worst restaurant around. Their food and drinks are overpriced and the service is lousy. It took over an hour to get our food from the time we ordered it. It took them 30 minutes to get my drink my bar drink. And they wasnt even busy. Worst of all they didnt even bring back my change. They assumed it was their tip. They dont even cater to the vegetarians. I wont be back!

Service sucks, be prepared to be here for a while with 10 people in here TOTAL. It took 10 minutes to get a glass of water and then they ask you what you want to drink. There has to be a group of monkeys perpaing the meals, because its taking forever

One of the best restaurants in the area. Has really good food. My favorite thing on the menu is the Cremé Bruleé. Its the best Ive ever had, and Ive had it at a lot of spaces since its my favorite dessert. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The service was warm and friendly and attentive...and the ribeye steak would make Kansas proud. The view from the back patio was awesome. Great find.
