I have been eating at this location my whole entire life. My family and I have been coming to this loction for over 20 years. For the first time I have experienced one of the worst visited. Tonight we had a birthday dinner with family and friends, not only did it take 2 hours to get our food, our group was maybe 20 people but we had 2 servers and it was not very busy but there happened to be a cock roach crawling on the wall. I have personally worked or known of restaurants that have bugs but never have I had one crawl up the wall, across a beam on the ceiling and fall into the food of a member of my group. I asked for the store manager and a young lady approached me and I told her that it had taken 2 hours for our food to arrive and there was a roach crawling on the wall when we walked back to the room we were in and showed her she said " oh, wow. Thanks." And walked off into the back instantly. I waited to see if she was going to talk to me or someone in my group, instead we waited 30-45 mind for her to discount each meal. We all got a discount of up to maybe 10% and the person whose food got in roach in it got -$2.50 off of his bill. Now, I personally would not pay for that kind of service. I didnt finish my food and was charged for it and told the manager I will not be paying for food I didnt finish after seeing a roach land in someones food. She took it off, but what is dissatisfying is the fact that they made us pay for our food at a 10% discount after we put a glass on top of it and took it off the table and handed it to her. I will be contacting a general manager tomorrow morning.

Hostesses were rude and acted like werent really there. Waitress had trouble with telling me what lemonade flavors they had. Food took 50 minutes to come after ordering. I had the sausage stuffed rigatoni and my wife had chicken flat bread thing. Hers was really good with a nice garlic flavor and good amount of cheese and chicken. Mine had no flavor. The meat was finely ground to almost a crumb texture, not appealing to me. I dont know how you can make Italian sausage with no flavor or why it wasnt clumped into bigger chunks inside the noodles but it just sucked in every sensory asppect. Even presentation was bad all it looked like was cheese melted on a bowl of red sauce. No noodles turned up to show the contents, just no pride was taken in what was made. Truthfully Wal-Mart brand frozen lasagna has more flavor and better texture. In the end I guess we got what everyone really goes to olive garden for, the bread sticks. Sucks the pasta cant even live up to Wal-Mart standards.

Went a few weeks ago, for the first time in about a year, and Ill never be back. The guy at the front desk was extremely rude while we were trying to find our family who was already there. So all of us were already annoyed and having a bad time before we even got to sit down at our table. We waited a good 30 minutes after we ordered before we even got breadsticks. Another 30 minutes before we got our food. The food was tolerable, at best. Then, even though we told them ahead of time who was on what ticket, the tickets got so messed up it had to be corrected FOUR times. Four times they couldnt get the tickets right. At that point we were just ready to leave, and I think the whole experience was so bad that no one in my family wants to come back ever again.

The waitress immediately asks if we wanted wine and when answered no it took 10+ minutes to order drinks... and appetizer... and entree at once. From there it took 15 minutes to receive the appetizer, salad, and breadsticks. The appetizer was supposed to be spicy calamari but the waitress sets it down with tabasco and crushed red pepper and says "the cook says they didnt have time to make it spicy." Not 8 minutes after that another waitress comes and crowds an already crowded table with the entrees. My food was luke warm but everyone else seemed to enjoy their food. It wasnt worth the $80 that we spent and wont be returning anytime soon!

I ordered carry-out and when I walked in I politely told the hostess I was there to pick up my carry-out. She non-chalantly nodded her head over to the bar without even looking at me. Rude #1. When I got to the bar the bartender was this dude who was chatting up some female customer who clearly was already served and just chilling. I politely stood there waiting for him to acknowledge me and he continued talking, then acknowledged me. Rude #2. He told me my total and I paid cash. He put my change and receipt on the counter and walked away. Rude as hell #3. The manager needs to get his folks in check...

This place doesnt even deserve one star. The service here is awful. Takes over 10 minutes just to be acknowledged that we sat down. Ordered an entree to share then when our salad was brought out it was only half a salad. So I ordered the refill and was glad to pay the extra $4 until they brought out another half salad, why did I pay extra when in total I had one full salad? It took her 15 minutes to refill my drink. Didnt even offer a box for us to take home the rest of our pasta. This is the 3rd time that the service here has been this bad. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Do not come here if you have food allergies of any kind. I ordered off of the gluten free menu and found gluten containing pasta in my dish. I also asked for no onions because of a severe onion allergy and both the salad and dish I ordered arrived with onions. The waitress also topped our sodas off with iced tea and joked to not ask her for anything else after she got us new drinks. She didnt seem to care and we were one of 3 couples she was tending to in the bar area. I got extremely ill shortly after eating here. We will not be returning.

Going down hill fast. I am the General manager of a 20,0000 Sq foot sports bar/ restaurant. If I ran my establishment this way, we would be closed in a matter of weeks. I really hope things change soon. Our server was rood, and barely spook to us, or English for that matter. The place was a disaster, dirty tables, and the floors, well lets just say it looked like it had been a month or more since they had seen a vacuum. I feel for the staff. If they ever want a job somewhere in high volume, they would drown.

I was completely disappointed with the service, when youre spending $60 on dinner for two people i guess you just expect service to be awesome...not the case... And the best part was the waitress asked if we would like to go drinks (just spent $60 so sure, right on!) and brings you empty cups to pour your left over drinks in.... Sure love to take my last few sips of tea home, makes sense. (So much sarcasm) guess well stick with Buca on the plaza for now on, same amount of money but much better service.
