I have never had issues with Maid Rite, but when looking up the phone number to call for to-go orders... I did come across some unsatisfied reviews!!! My Co Workers and I are still wanting to place the order though, I called to support my Norwalk Community... Once the food was brought to me, I opened up the soup container which was only half way full. Lets just say there was more air in the bowl than there was soup!!! Still not full from my lunch order... I called the Manger Mike at the Norwalk location. He was very disrespectful and had excuses for everything! He said I could come get my money back... Then hung the call up while in mid conversation!!! I immediately called back to see if he would like to take down my information- in return he replied "No, just walk in to get your cash back" During this call I was not disrespectful toward him in any way... Called him Sir several times and never once did he speak to me with kindness. The manager never even apologized!!! Lets just say the reviews on this place were spot on! Unfortunately : (

It was a great place to eat. The man that was working there (literally working his backside off) was so very sweet & helpful. THE biggest plus about this particular location is his hours of operation. I dont like having to go into a mall, this gentleman was open until 8p CDST. Other Maid-Rite places closed at 5pm unless you went into a mall

Breakfast is decent but a little over priced. Maid rites are under seasoned and not quite the quality of the older establishments. Again a little over priced. The staff, mainly consisting of the owner doesnt seem to be too friendly. I hope to see this Maid Rite succeed. I suggest the owner to be more corteous to his customers.

Staff have been unfriendly, the food is plain and the place is frankly unsanitary. Employees do not wear gloves, and we have witnessed them licking their fingers while prepping our food, then dipping their fingers into other food like sprinkles, licking their fingers again and repeating. Will never come here again.

The food is good, but the owner has a bit of an attitude, it seems, when speaking women. I have been there a few times and each time the owner spoke to me as if I were stupid. My dad, however, has never seemed to have that issue. He should change his attitude or he may lose half of his customer base!

This Maid-Rite has excellent food that is always freshly prepared. What I love most about this place is the no nonsense atmosphere. Its an eating establishment that serves great food, is clean, and the staff are quick and courteous.
