Worst experience of my life , I order shrimp and grits , the grits came out cold and lumpy , I then was told they would be remade , they came back 30 minutes later Luke warm, by this time my shrimp had become cold , I expressed my concern to my waiter who then just said they would take it off the ticket I asked for the manager , the manager came out and I told her what happened and asked about the kitchen staff tonight , and she says "sorry Im not going to comp all your food " Im like what I never asked you to comp anything ! I just wanted to order something new and have her make sure it came out correctly. I said okay , and tried to ask for a menu again but she walked off and she nor my waitress never came back, not even to bring my ticket so I just sat there , it ruined my fiancée birthday because I just sat there until close waiting for someone to acknowledge me , while he went to the casino alone . This place used to be a great place but this manager (curly haired woman) is apart of the downfall . Ive worked in restaurant buisness for over 6 years and last night I was treated like my money didnt matter , and more importantly my time . I left that restaurant very hungry and very hurt at how I had been treated . OH I ALMOST FORGOT WHEN I ASKED THE MANAGER WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO EAT , SHE TOLD ME PJS COFFEE HAD GOOD SANDWHICHES! Just to give you a dash of what I dealt with. Asked for the GMs number never got it.

I have been here twice in the last 3 months and I was surprised how good our food was. The first time I ordered to go. The wings were amazing and the salad. My husband had the phillysteak and fries (which did not get soggy on walk back to the room) and it was great. They boxed it well and gave all utensils and sides. Last night we had the artisan pizza which was about 14 in. It was so good the meat lovers, I had to contain myself not to eat the entire pizza. I thought the pizza was a little pricy but it was excellent in flavor. My husband once again order the Philly and had to take half to go. This time we dined an had a great waitress Shaumia I think was her name. She did take awhile to get to us after we alerted seated but once she placed our order things just flowed out. I have been to many casinos and by far this was the best here in a casino in Louisiana for sports bar and grill style fun. I love the larger portion because you can box the other have and save for later. The staff were friendly. Only improvement is the wait time once guest sit at the table we actually thought about leaving. We are going to eat there this morning and I will tell you all what that experience was like. And hopefully HIT in the casino if not at least had a good breakfast. Thanks.

Omg where do I start. We had a party of 5. The waitress was so so slow and she didnt really care to serve us. I ordered they full rack of ribs and they was not done and was so tuff that I couldnt even cut into them. We all ordered drinks and appetizers before or entrees. When I say it was 30mins after our drinks that we got our appetizers. Then another hour before our cold food came. When I asked for management about my rib it took another 20mins before he came. Everyone had then ate their cold food before I even got mine. 2 of the 5 we had left because they was taking to long with my replacement food. Then to seal the deal the replacement food was luke warm. I love to go out to eat and try different places, but this place I will never ever return to. Thank you for the worst dining experience of my life.

Great atmosphere, clean, great food, Great service. Love the mutiple tv especially the extremely large one. Great place to watch your favorite sport or just hang out.
