They are continually rude .Wait staff take forever to return or take your . I had to go get my own to go boxes and I stood at the pay counter for ever to get them . They kept looking at me but never asked why I was standing there I finally had to speak up. The pizzas were under done and when they remade them they were almost burnt the pepperoni was so hard it was just as gross as the first pizza. When we needed drink refills I had to chase our wait staff down again. This was an awful dinner.

They said it was .60 wendesday for wings and come to find out for the wings with bones are actually .80 per wing , when i complained they said ya well the sign is wrong and they tore it off the bar sign and said sorry, I asked do I get a refund or extra wings they said sorry nope, they could atleast. Given me some extra wings or something since they tricked me in thinking they were .60 cents like they said , will not be returning here again watch your bill when you get it!

There was a mess up when I ordered online and I had some hungry kids that were upset the topping was wrong all I had to do was call and they fixed the problem with no questions asked. Best Pizza Hut I have ever been to, the food was fresh too!

I wi ll never return when i come back into town!!! I a 40yr old woman was just "scolded" by a manager for ordering spaghetti with marinara incorrectly. Vegetarian s make sure you say meatless sauce not marinara.

By far the BEST Pizza Hut I have ever gone to! Nice staff, good selection of toppings, comfortable atmosphere. If I ever come back to Mt. Pleasant, I will come back to this Pizza Hut.
