TODAY WAS A BAD BAD DAY FOR MY USUALLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED STORE HERE IN SHREVEPORT, LA. FIRST(@10:25 A.M) I FAXED THE ORDER, WAITED ABOUT 15 MIN CALLED FOR CONFIRMATION.......IM SORRY THE FAX MACHINE IS BROKEN STATED AMANDA WHO SEEMED TO PROCEED AS IF IT WAS MY FAULT TRYING TO FOLLOW THE PROCEDURES. THEN, I ALERTED HER THAT THE PERSON PICKING THE ORDER UP HAD ALREADY LEFT, AND THAT WE HAD AGREED THAT THE ORDER WOULD BE IMMEDIATELY SUBMITTED, SO THAT COULD PROMPTLY RETURN, AS THE TRIP WOULD HAVE TAKEN MORE THAN 30 MINUTES, JUST FOR THIS PICK UP. SO, I SUBMIT THE ORDER ONLINE AT APPROX. 10:50 AM. CALLED TO VERIFY, AMANDA STATES SHE HAD NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER. FINALLY, I AGREED TO GIVE THE ORDER FOR 2 SINCE EVERYONE ELSE HAD BACKED DOWN. AMANDA TOOK THE ORDER, STATED SHE WAS ABOUT TO PREPARE IT HERSELF AND HAVE IT READY FOR OUR ATTORNEY. WE RECEIVED THE 2 ORDERS, THEY WERE HORRIBLE. THE BARBOA WAS A BIG LUMP OF ALL STANDING ALONE A BIT OF RICE, NO VEGETABLES(MRS. JENKINS ORDER). MY ORDER WAS NOT HALF WAY FILLING THE BOWL, NO VEGETABLES, VERY LITTLE CHICKEN. IF I KNEW I WAS GOING TO RECEIVE FOOD THAT LOOK LIKE THAT I WOULD HAVE GONE ACROSS THE STREET TO GHENGIS SPENT 13.02 AND HAD ENOUGH FOOD FOR 3 SERVINGS INSTEAD OF A MEAL AVERAGING 10.00 ENOUGH FOR A TODDLER CHILD. I used to work here, and its a great place. They really stay on the crew about hand washing, glove changing if you so much as touch your clothes, dish cleanliness, and most importantly customer service. Also, for the small amount of meat complaint, we really want to give more. Our supervisors are very strict on the amount down to ounces. They made us practice spoonfuls on a scale, as well as what way to talk to you so that you dont feel rushed while ordering. Anyway, the restaurant has very strict standards, and you must keep a go-team attitude to continue working there. Its tiring for the employees. They must always give 110%, and at least pretend they enjoy the work, or you get a sit-down. Its sort of a last warning to boost morale or you gotta go.

I go to this chipotle pretty frequently and I had never had any issue with the employees or the food. Today I went and after I had gotten my bowl, the employee asked if that was all I wanted and I asked her if I could also have chips. She asked the same question 3 more times and every time I said chips. By this time I started to get irritated and she was being very rude to me. She was acting as if my request was extraneous but it was something that I get every time I go to chipotle. I was very offended by her actions. If I had done something wrong I would admit it but her customer service skills really need to be adjusted.

So great experience. The employee running the cash register continuously swipes my new card as hard and fast as he can because it isnt scanning. He even thought putting his body weight into it would help. Im not sure if my lunch was ruined by that or his terrible joke about no guarantees of the quality customers get their cards back in.... hire competent people, or at least train them the basics of technology if you would like returning customers. #fail. In case you were curious, yes, my card is thrashed. The food has already been good enough i guess.

It was almost inedible. I got a chicken burrito. The majority of the chicken was burnt and tasted like it was scraped off the side of a grill. Moes has way better quality, portion size, and healthiness of food and customer service. I wouldnt come here again, and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. The tables were all dirty, and there wasnt any kind of atmosphere. It was a mess, beyond being cleaned. It was an all-around poor experience.

Best Chipotle hack: Order a bowl with a tortilla on the side. Order both rice, both beans, fajita veggies, cilantro, and salsa with sour cream/cheese on the side. They give so much food in a bowl that you can make a burrito out of your leftovers with the tortilla from before! This place is crowded during lunch hours when LSU is in session.

Chipoltle is a dining experience you can enjoy without spending alot of time to do so. This location has wonderful service, smiling faces, and delicious mexican dishes made to order. They also keep the place nice and clean...And right off of LSU main campus, that says something.
