I enjoy the ice cream and food, however, the service...not so much. There have been many times where I have gone there through the drive-thru and ordered cheddar nuggets. Every time I politely request ranch on the side, they never include it. The one time I decided to complain, the employee known as "Will" was very hostile towards me and filled the cup 1/4. Another example of bad service: I ordered food at the drive-thru, where they asked me to wait on the side where there is barely any space to park, after waiting approximately 7 minutes I asked where my food might be, because many of the customers behind me had already been served. They didnt even apologize for the wait and gave me my food without a word. Overall, I would rate the food as pretty good, but the employees just give off a bad vibe.

The food is pretty good, but I have had horrible customer service the past few times I have been here. Including today! I drove home to realize we were missing food, and I thought it was mozzarella sticks but we were actually missing chicken strips. At the drive thru, instead of talking calmly, the person working there actually argued with me. Ive been in customer service my whole life, you do NOT ever argue with customers. I called back to apologize and tell them it wasnt the mozzarella sticks I was missing, but I wanted to know if there was miscommunication in my order about how many chicken strips I ordered, because that is what we were actually missing. The phone just kept ringing and no one answered. I wont be going back here as the poor customer service keeps happening.

If I could give this zero stars I would. The ice cream is good but the service is terrible. The young lady helping in the drive through dropped my card under my car, did not apologize and then told us to hurry up because we were taking to long. She was practically yelling. I also have gotten the wrong flavor TWICE now. I am not impressed will not be returning, because of the hostile behavior of the employees. OH almost forgot the young man who was not working the window came to the window and flicked us off because we were taking awhile to move(because we were trying to get my card that the lady dropped).

My sister loves their ice cream. I enjoy some of it- a few of the flavors were lack-luster, especially when they try for unique flavors, but I have had good ones, too. The variety is nice. They try to capture some out-there kinds with decent success. I appreciate that, since its fun to try something new. I go there often for my sister. They once messed up the size in our order and charged us for more than we got, but I think that was just an uncommon mistake. They have decent service and the drive through is appreciated. Price is just fine. Id recommend it.

After I ordered, I realized that I forgot my debit card at home. When I asked, they said it would be okay if I picked it up in 10 minutes. So, I left and when I came back they treated me like crap. The lady handed me my order and said it was cold because I took so long, and that I should heat it up when I get home(Keep in mind I was gone for less than 10 minutes). I took the food and waited for the drinks I ordered, which took about another 5 minutes.

Please change hours of operation. Last night stated open until 10:00, however after leaving the house and pulling in at 9:40 automated voice advised you were closed. We pulled up to the window where 3-4 staff members seen us stop but did nothing until I continued to sit there for 30 seconds. Kind of frustrating. Doug Riniker

Normally great but tonight I went through the drive through and ordered 3 large shakes. I didnt get lids for any of them.. when I got home all of our shakes werent completely blended, the one was half melted, and the lady had a horrible attitude.

Come here all the time after school and just came out here for lunch in the summer. Really cute environment indoors with the black and white checkered floor and 50s diner vibe. Awesome portioned size ice cream for your money. Keep coming back
